Together with Hans-Juergen Sturm (Amadeus) and Joana Pais (Sogrape), he mentioned the things Cablinc should do and should avoid as it is about to launch a new intranet.

Presented by a Uni of Auckland staff member whose name escapes me atm, but I think is the Manger of UoA Enterprise Architecture.
Fundamentally, was about using web2.0 such as a wiki for knowledge management, but due to complexity of system integration used an interative visual interface in conjunction with the wiki to make sense of the architecture relationships.
Really interesting, highly applicable to contexts other than IT. Also, given he is an IT geek, it was well presented, the powerpoints were a surprisingly good mix of images v text and interaction with the wiki.

At Social Now, food is an important element! Not just because we like to take good care of participants but because happy people learn more ;)
