One of this year's impromptu moments featured Filip Callewaert who, at the end of the talk on Working Out Loud, jumped to the stage and asked participants how familiar they were with the concept. All the while, recording the reactions. Priceless!

Pedro Silva (Farfetch) was one of the panel members. He was wearing the Business / Operations hat on behalf of Cablinc's management team, and asking questions at the end of each tool presentation. At the end of the day, tools have to answer business requirements and we should not just take the vendors' word for it.

Joana Pais (Sogrape) offers advice at a peer assist organised by Anne McLear, one of the characters of Cablinc, the fictitious company set up for Social Now. Together with Hans-Juergen Sturm (Amadeus) and Patrik Bergman (Haldex), she mentioned the things Cablinc should do and should avoid as it is about to launch a new intranet.
