On June 12th, D’light Talk, a seminar called “ Click The World : Draw The World With Light” was held at D’light, which is located in Samsung Electronics Building. The seminar featured two photography classes by Jong Hoon Kim, and Youn Hee Jung, who are currently active as professional photographers in Korea. WB1000 was introduced in the seminar. A great deal of people from high school students to elders in their 50’s participated in the D’light Talk.

Weta Digital CTO Sebastian Sylwan brings magic touch to TEDxChCh.
It is with a sense of infinite possibility that we welcome Sebastian Sylwan to the TEDxChCh stage. Half of the TEDxChCh team are most excited to see his wild hair, while the other half are most excited to hear his wild ideas; we all can agree, however, that as Chief Technical Officer he holds an extraordinarily interesting position at Weta Digital. His role takes him from internal R&D discussions that will drive the future of film making to industry events where he swaps ideas with some of the world’s top creative professionals.
He has a superb, TED-like outlook on life, saying “I have been successful in applying my intuition, creativity, experience, and tech knowhow to the fields I love; telling some fantastic stories along the way. I’ve been handling projects beyond the established boundaries and I’m always trying to push forward the limits of ‘what can be done’. I like to experiment and rationalize. I look to understand processes and improve the usual way of doing things. I am focused on integration…and becoming a better human being.”
Before Weta, Sebastian served as US firm Autodesk’s Senior Film Industry Manager, where he helped set the strategy for Autodesk’s products in the global film market, including the first steps into stereoscopic 3D.
Prior to that, he was Director of Technology at Digital Domain in the US, an Academy Award-winning VFX facility. He successfully renewed Digital Domain’s technology infrastructure while maintaining the legacy value of over 13 years and helped it venture into new areas like the development of the facility’s first stereoscopic rendition of a CG animated film.
Sebastian has also served as Principal Technology Advisor at the University of Southern California’s Institute for Creative Technologies where he led the Light Stage 6 project. In Italy, where he grew up, Sebastian designed, built, and acted as the CTO of Lumiq Studios, the country’s largest production, post-production, and 3D character animation studio. Sebastian serves on numerous advisory boards and industry committees.

Adesso vediamo il metodo più semplice per creare e salvare, tramite la Cache su disco, una determinata area geografica per un suo utilizzo futuro in assenza di connessione internet, ecco come puoi Archiviare Manualmente la Cartografia...
