From the kitchen entry. Salina and I moving that table from the living room was the biggest lolz of all time.

replica from a linen press built in 1795 that resides in a museum in Virginia. Original draftings from it were provided by Carlyle Lynch (now deceased) and altered in my shop to provide the open counter space. Everything else is built to exact replica of original. Construction is from red-oak, drawers are all dovetailed, doors are all raised panel.

I'm remodeling the kitchen in the only way that I can afford. - Just changing the little things.
the table was cleaned - and to keep it that way I've added placemats and the beginnings of a terrarium. This morning I made new curtains which I'll explain my cheater methods in other pictures.

Yeah, I know, I got lazy and stood in one spot to take these shots. If you look close you can see the new cabinet and the new microwave over the stove. All here you can see there is a paint job done on the east wall over the stove and a different yellow out of the kitchen area on the east wall. Also the door has been painted . The shelf over the door is also gone.
You can see into the dining area from the kitchen area. There is a dishwasher and garbage disposal as well.
