Some days before Christmas 2007 I ordered 3 KitKats from Ebay (Seller called jappy11 as always) and the flavors were Ajiwai An, Torokeru Zeitaku Maccha and Kinako.
But because it was Christmas something was late so he filled in with some extras, 8 small KitKats and that was awesome.
Goes straight into the Top 5 Best Ever KitKats. Not as strong a caramel flavour as the aroma, but wonderfully creamy and praline-y flavour.
The people in this photo have joined Greenpeace's campaign to stop Nestle destroying rainforests for palm oil and help protect endangered species like orangutans - so can you.
Palm oil - one of the ingredients in products like KitKat - is devastating the rainforests of Indonesia as they're torn down to make room for huge oil palm plantations. In fact, these rainforests are being destroyed faster than any other in the world largely becuase of the demand for this oil, pushing threatened species liek organgutans even closer to extinction. This destruction also releases massive amounts of greenhouse gasses wheich are accelerating climate change. Nestle, the makers of KitKat, need to clean up their act and stop buying from companies which are destroying rainforests. The secret ingredient here was not extra creaminess, but rather, a subtle hint of butterscotch, which made it seem creamy. Pretty good.
Not much aroma to this one, and the flavour's difficult to place. The green tea only kicks in as an aftertaste. Not at all bad though.

Not sure if this is regionally limited or not, but 温州 refers to the southern half of Japan. A very mild orange flavour.
