A lovely song by The Steve Miller Band:
"""Time keeps on slippin', slippin', slippin'
Into the future
Time keeps on slippin', slippin', slippin'
Into the future
I want to fly like an eagle
To the sea
Fly like an eagle
Let my spirit carry me
I want to fly like an eagle
Till I'm free
Oh, Lord, through the revolution
Feed the babies
Who don't have enough to eat
Shoe the children
With no shoes on their feet
House the people
Livin' in the street
Oh, oh, there's a solution"""
Wishing you a lovely weekend, without 'bad pandas'. Will be off for some days ;-))
Another shot of what's becoming a little bit of a star.
Still hopping around in the hedgerow on Barton Lane, Never keeps still, been around there for over three weeks.
Another dull day.

I adopted my cat, Mr. Meowzer, from the Humane Society as a "socialized" feral kitten. I put quotes around socialized because his feral instincts are so strong that he only accepts me as his human. My husband has tried repeatedly and in vain to gain his trust. I have spent quite a good deal of my time attempting to shape his behavior to my liking, like attempting to make him an indoor only cat, LOL. I am grateful because he keeps his patrolling to his territory which consists of my yard. He will do what he wants and he condescends to sleep inside for the night and rest close to me on the couch while I enjoy tv in the evening (his favorites are nature shows, of course).
Water keeps on rushing
down this pink and granite creek.
It rushed one hundred years ago.
It will rush next week.
And when I worrywonder
about where my life will go
I think about this rushing creek
with water high or water low.
This creek will never ask
never wonder never know
what will happen summer, winter
will it matter fast or slow.
This creek will flow.

Blanca sitting on a bench at Cape Arago. Ordinarily, she doesn't like to sit on benches, but she indulged me for this shot! You can see she has one ear trained on me. She always keeps track of where I am.

More falling water galleries on my site! Turkey isn't all beaches and turquoise water!
Time keeps on spinning by but better than the sudden stop of time. Better to have the wobbly stuttering end than the abrupt finish. Have a fantastic moment in time!
Time keeps on slipping
Into the future
Time keeps on slipping, slipping, slipping
Into the future
I want to fly like an eagle, to the sea
Fly like an eagle
Let my spirit carry me
I want to fly (oh, yeah)

John Clare
Farmer's Boy
He waits all day beside his little flock
And asks the passing stranger what's o'clock,
But those who often pass his daily tasks
Look at their watch and tell before he asks.
He mutters stories to himself and lies
Where the thick hedge the warmest house supplies,
And when he hears the hunters far and wide
He climbs the highest tree to see them ride--
He climbs till all the fields are blea and bare
And makes the old crow's nest an easy chair.
And soon his sheep are got in other grounds--
He hastens down and fears his master come,
He stops the gap and keeps them all in bounds
And tends them closely till it's time for home.

Now listen up
She's razor sharp
If she don't get her way
She'll slice you apart
Now she's a cool, cool black
She moves like a cat
If you don't get her game
Well, you might not make it back
She's got the looks that kill
That kill
She's got the looks that kill
That kill
She's got the look
She's got the looks that kill
She's got the looks that kill
Now she's bulletproof
She keeps her motor clean
And believe me, you
She's a number thirteen
The church strikes midnight
She's lookin' louder and louder
She's gonna turn on the juice, boy
Then she turns on the power
She's got the looks that kill
That kill
She's got the looks that kill
That kill
She's got the look
She's got the looks that kill
She's got the looks that kill
She's got the looks that kill
She's got the looks
Now listen up
She's razor sharp
If she don't get her way
She'll slice you apart
She's a cool, cool black
Moves like a cat
If you don't get her game
You might not make it back
She's got the looks that kill
That kill
She's got the looks that kill

She's got the look
She's got the looks that kill
She's got the looks that kill
She's got the looks that kill
She's got the looks that kill

She's got the looks that kill
She's got the looks that kill
She's got the looks that kill

This is one of my favourite hybrid tea roses from the Roxborough Park Rose Gardens at Baulkham Hills in north-western Sydney. I photographed this rose with my Canon 60D and a Canon 100mm macro lens, and I have now re-edited it more than three times!! I keep applying different filters, effects and frames.
But anyway, this is my contribution to Thursday, 16th July, 2020.
Note: The map keeps saying 'Castle Hill' but in fact it is in Baulkham Hills, Sydney.

"Look at the birds of the air; they neither sow [seed] nor reap [the harvest] nor gather [the crops] into barns, and yet your heavenly Father keeps feeding them. Are you not worth much more than they?" - Matthew 6:26

I've shot this bendy beech a few times now and each time it is the tree that keeps giving, especially with the curving track that sweeps around it. The mist just adds to the atmosphere as the soft light percolates through the canopy to highlight the path ahead. I'm sure it will feature many more times to come too! Love keeps us going forward positively, hate sends us back to nowhere!!! We are all humans we all make mistakes, we all do wonderful things, so why don't we come together and concentrate on the good, not the bad! There is so much good in this world we just have to look for it, find it and share it! ❤️❤️
I find solace in the theatrics of the Oriental Magpie-Robins in my backyard, ready to pair up for the breeding season. The males sit on conspicuous perches, raising their beaks and singing incessantly.
Here, it sings from the topmost boughs of garden trees in the early morning and the late evening. The Magpie Robin is one of the best songsters in the city, where singing birds are scarce.
The ancient landscape of Mutawintji National Parkis rich in Aboriginal history. Explore bushwalks and camp under the outback night sky.
Visiting the ancient landscape of Mutawintji National Park in the NSW outback is a uniquely Australian experience. Here you will find a ruggedly beautiful desert region showing evidence of continuous use by Aboriginal people for thousands of years.
Dominated by the Bynguano Ranges, whose vibrant red colour dramatically captures changes in the light, this outback park is home to the famous hand stencil art of local Aboriginal communities as well as many other important cultural and historic sites.
Historic centre of Riga keeps a lot of secrets and mysteries, one of which is leading to the dome square inconspicuous street, situated in the heart of the old city. This short, tucked away behind the houses and the Central streets of the street of the old Riga is the most narrow street in town and its name was Rosen (Rozena iela)
According to one of the width of the street Rosen is only 1 meter 10 centimeters, others - 1 meter 80 centimeters.
Street Rosen was formed in the 13th century when the land was inhabited by the Smiths, and still her name came from the basic occupation of the inhabitants. The street was called a Blacksmith. The present name of the street, Rosen, emerged only in the 17th century, in honor of living on the streets of Bishop Rosen. Once this face was the city's first foundry, in which he cast bells and cannon. Unfortunately, until the present day workshop has not survived.
From the middle ages to the present time street Rosen outwardly kept the old Riga pavement, with typical for those times slant to the middle of the street to prevent the ingress of water into buildings.
At the beginning of the Rozena street, on crossing with street Krum (Kramu iela) once housed the oldest wine cellar in the city wine warehouses Riga rata. The first mention of them is stored in the Riga manuscripts dates back to the year 1293. Now a wine cellar on the street of Rosen included among the attractions of the city. Currently this place is the authentic historical restaurant "Rozengrals", made in the medieval style.
Time keeps flowing
Like a river
to the sea.
Who knows when we shall meet again
If ever.

A lighthouse is a guidance for real, like in a building
For some reason lighthouses have always fascinated me
A guidance in your life is your intuition
As hard as it can be
As easy as it can be
It's always there
Whispering
We tend to listen more to our ego tho
Our ego always have the arguments, the solutions
Why to do things
How to do things
Definitely how and why not to do things
It's often the easy way-solutions or the more fun stuff to do
Your ego keeps on building up arguments why it's smart to follow the egos way
Be aware when you repeatedly think the same arguments over and over again
It's your ego talking, it never whispers
It's cool to know tho, now you can choose to listen if you want, either it's the ego or the intuition
I love knowing

I just have to add this little music for you, I love Pink Floyd, it totally rules :D
I haven't heard this one before.
Talking to a loved one today, while this one was playing in the background, totally made this music a lovely piece of art the rest of my day.

Hunter keeps me busy... between telling him to leave it... or off... he is a funny and affect boy who loves to play!! Getting bigger by the weeks!!!
He keeps moving along while she checks me out. I was just another of the many paparazzi that seek them near Jasper Alberta.
She wasn't alone, as he had a large harem of a dozen other cows nearby. He must be good at that bugling and battling game.
Thanks for checking them out.
Have a wonderful Spring weekend!
