I want to be a kid again. So much joy. So many adventures. So much play.
Recently I went to the city of San Francisco to give a photo class. We walked in the Ferry Building and along Embarcadero to learn various composition techniques. A low angle shot can highlight the subject.
I processed a balanced HDR photo from a RAW exposure, and carefully adjusted the curves and color balance.

It was beautiful sunset in Nessebar Bulgaria. Kids where taking photos with cameras. There are lot´s of beautiful places in the word. Seek and find... : )
You're really into the word "hate" lately and use it like a weapon at your sisters and me. We're trying to ignore it but it still stings.
I could perhaps have also titled this one "In the Belly of the Beast". The centrepiece in this playground is a huge climbing apparatus that does indeed look like a giant monster. These children seemed to be having enormous fun negotiating their way across the ropes where they will emerge through the mouth of the dragon. Puff the Magic Dragon?
Kids at Unzen Hot Springs in Kyushu Prefecture, Japan where we had a couple of days R&R. It's up in the mountains not too far from Sasebo.

Our daughter is a child care provider in NYC, and has taken care of these children from when the oldest here was under 5 months old. They came out to visit us, and I finally got to meet the family for the first time. Very cute, smart, and wonderful kids and mom and dad were great too.

One of the advantages of a silent shutter , she never heard a thing , 350 images later with her and her two kids and she still was completely unaware of me sitting in the field some 40 metres away. An enjoyable early start at sunrise .
