Chihiro holds Kai for the first time. I can't believe how brave she was and how hard she worked all night. After delivery Kai immediately was active, opened his mouth, wriggled a bit and started crying. The midwifes passed him to Chihiro immediately, then asked me to cut the cord. Within minutes he opened his eyes, one eye first, then slowly, gradually the second eye. Kai could see his parents for the first time.
