It's not too often that the grass that far from the taxyway centreline gets the effects of jet blast. This Virgin 747 blew it all straight into the intakes of the A330 following behind.

Ouch. These people bravely waved at the passengers as the plane turned to line up on the runway and then not so bravely dashed into the ocean after getting sand blasted by two jet engines. I was standing off to the side and I still had to grab something to keep from being blown off a curb.
