"Located at a former Meijer store location, the Huntington Gateway Center is a 210,000-square-foot modern office facility. Featuring an open floorplan, the Huntington Gateway Center has sit-to-stand workstations, multi-purpose meeting rooms and amenities such as a fitness center, a cafeteria, walking paths, a wellness clinic, a full service Starbucks kiosk, EV charging stations and outdoor seating space. As part of Huntington's sustainability focus, the building's design and materials incorporate energy efficiency concepts which maximize the use of natural lighting and highly-efficient LED fixtures. The Canon 10-22mm makes for some interesting portraits. I really like how this one turned out. It's of my of my lovely girlfriend Jess holding my 40D and 24-70.
She was my pseudo assistant while walking home, holding one camera while I shot with the other. I don't think she was too impressed lol...

We actually met when Jess came to work for my mom. It was over the summer, and since it was a small organization providing direct care for adults with disabilities, I got to know her pretty quickly. Jess became my best friend, but since she was in a relationship that she had been in for several years, I wasn’t expecting anything. Besides, I wasn’t out. She took a chance on me, leaving her girlfriend and her life, to charm a seemingly “straight” girl. Let’s just say, three years later, we are still taking chances and happier than ever.
