JAVA SEA (May 25, 2013) Sailors assigned to Targets detachment at Fleet Activities Okinawa perform pre-launch checks on a BQM-74 target drone on the flight deck of the forward-deployed amphibious dock landing ship USS Tortuga (LSD 46) during a missile exercise as a part of exercise Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) 2013. More than 1,000 Sailors and Marines are participating in CARAT Indonesia 2013.
