These really are not easy to photograph!

I hope you like it, Sarah!

Wendy complimented our Christmas card display yesterday, so I thought a picture highlighting it would be good. Especially since I haven't yet gotten out of my jammies today. :) I am also proud of having taken about 6 of the photos we received this year for cards.

Silver Birch Snowbound

ok, i got a bit stuck for my 365 today. i wanted to do water droplets on a cd but i couldnt get it to work right so ive resorted to rephotographing yesterdays flower.

Flowers are boring though, arent they... so its been jazzed up and turned into a sun. I wanted to do this with a sunflower a couple of years ago but didnt have the technique or photoshop know how to do it.

the only photograph in this is the flower lol, the trees and stars are brushes, as are the mountains with a little bit of extra painting in. oh yeah, and i used Flamingpear's 'flood' filter for the sea.

I walked into work after a long meeting and was greeted by a stack of donuts in the office kitchen.

As it was someones birthday, it seemed only right to indulge in a birthday donut.

Not many people out an icy Saturday afternoon.

Taken on Turkey Hen Road near Churchtown Ohio in January 2011

Planted up some tulips I'd had since last year and some bedding I hadn't planted from last autumn with a couple of bits I got in Asda. It started to rain too much to continue but I'm hoping to add to this area and as it's outside the back door Mum should be able to see the plants even when she doesn't go out.
