Poor little guy. After 3 days of wheezing and gasping, we finally took him to the vet this afternoon. We thought it was just a hairball that he was having a problem getting rid off, but it turns out that my little guy here has asthma.
The doctor gave us some antibotics to give him plus gave him some steroids. He definitely did NOT like going to the vet. Bob said he had a "mad on" the whole time he was in the carrier until they got home.
I took this picture of him after we gave him some medicine. He just wanted to be left alone, so that's what is going to happen the rest of the evening.
Jake Schultz (Norma Jean's bassist) August 2nd, Montreal with Unearth, Hatebreed, Avenged Sevenfold, and System of a Down. I was front row, show pictures during the day are much much better and turn out awesome considering the distance between me and the stage :P

At Kitsilano's "doggy beach" (April 4, 2014), I met this delightful old guy, Jake - a 12 year-old retired police dog. For once I plucked up the nerve to ask his owner if I might photograph him/them. She willingly obliged and, after a couple of pics, mentioned "today is his last day". We both started crying. I'm honoured they let me share such a very special moment. What a brave, handsome and very loved old boy. Happy trails to Rainbow Bridge, Jake. xx
