Most Quick Left Hackfests are what you build in 3 hours or less. But this time, we didn't focus on what you built...but how you got there. On March 27, the Rube Goldberg Hackfest kicked off with nearly 100 folks and 4 teams ended up competiting in the end for prizes from our sponsors: Gnip, ATOMS, Mobiplug, and KST.
The Boston Motion Design Conference on Friday, April 2nd is a full-day conference featuring diverse topics and inspiring presenters from AVID, Fox, MIT, Maxon, School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and a keynote presentation from technical lead of the Processing.js project that is porting Ben Fry's Processing language to javascript. He will be featuring the new 3D capabilities of the next version of the Firefox web browser.

Before-After allows you to place two images on top of each other and use a draggable slider to hide and reveal each image. This is especially useful for highlighting a Before/After makeover or Untouched/Photoshopped images side by side.
We build a slider around this feature to build a unique showcase of sets of Before and After pictures. Give each slider a description and set the startpoint of the slider to transport your message.

Once again, Big Eye Deers helps Placebo go one step further in reaching their fans across the globe. The band’s website now boasts an interactive ‘Gigs’ page, which enables fans to not only buy tickets for each show, but allows them to pinpoint the venue’s location on a Google Maps driven application, managed by an easy to use CMS.
It was the passion for cars and strong interest in Porsche brand that made me think about this university project aimed on demonstrating my User Experience and Web Design skills. The basic idea was to give users a unique experience while taking a journey through the history of Porsche. The whole experience is built on decade music and parallax scrolling photos of cars that are transformed while scrolling down.
"Kartalla" is a website and a book about finnish cultural centers in empty industrial buildings around Finland. Kartalla takes you on a road trip to the future-oriented centres in Finland.
