Hasta los años 60 la mayoría de las raquetas eran de madera, con empuñadura de cuero. En 1.965, el exjugador René Lacoste crea la primera raqueta metálica (Lacoste). Luego Wilson compraría su patente para sacar la famosa Wilson T-2000, que popularizó Connors.Cerca de los 70 aparecen las raquetas de aluminio, que ofrecían más potencia, control, y sobre todo, menos peso. También aparecen las primeras cuerdas sintéticas. A mediados de los 80 son sustituidas por las raquetas de fibras.

MOC was first designed in Studio.io and later (much later) built and tested with real bricks. During that period it underwent several major redesigns which soon got him thrown inside the good old development hell. Too tough to die, a year later it resurfaced with vengeance, and here we are.
an explosion of the pieces that fit together to make the steering assembly - in fact, the whole thing was mainly a test of that. After seeing Gregg Fleishman's stuff, I really wanted to give that a try!
Printed up the fabric design from my summer project on journeys. It took 10 hours to paint the design out on the kodatrace, despite which my registration is still shocking. It'll do for my portfolio anyway.
