So, it finally happened - I got COVID-19. I have been sick multiple times over the past two years, but this was the first time that the COVID test returned positive.

I'm actually quite cool with being at home. It's very cold outside, and my boyfriend is in quarantine as well so he's keeping me company. However, it's been 10 days and I'm starting to miss seeing my family friends. I miss HUGGING them. And I miss taking long walks and doing some small chores along the way. But this too shall pass

I'm feeling okay now, only the cough, the tiredness, and the brain fog persist. From what I've heard, they will stay with me for a while.
Still, I've managed to do a little work and finish one embroidery piece between naps and doctor visits. :) I also got an old flatbed scanner recently, so I killed a good chunk of time setting it up. Apparently, it had to be tested out immediately... And one more day in quarantine has passed while playing with it. :)
