Car 45 (UECC/1908) is still in service having been rebuilt in 2018. Car 37 (G.F. Milnes & Co./1896) was sold to a private individual on the island in 2016.

The bronze sculpture, depicting two dancing figures, has been created by local resident, internationally renowned and award winning sculptor John Mulvey.

On the morning of the Centenary of Electric Railway cavalcade, stock was sent out to queue on the "up" line beyond Laxey. Sets carried the oval Centenary of Electric Railways headboards above the cabs. Early weather was not good. Car 32 is one of a pair, the newest and most powerful on the island, built by UEC in 1906 with Brill trucks. The trailer was contemporary. The shutters are firmly down, there being no passengers as the car is brought out of the depot into Derby Castle where the motor car will run round the trailer and proceed to its place in the cavalcade line-up.

This aligns exactly with runway 26 at Ronaldsway Airport, Castletown, so I presume it's an ILS or similar system.

The transmitter block for the former Chain Home radar station at Scarlett Point, Isle of Man.

Surrounded by agricultural land and now in use by the farm, this is one of the buildings that formed RAF Scarlett and provided radar defences during the middle years of WWII. In view of the tones and subject matter I thought it would suit black and white.
