Always good to snaffle a new (to us) trig pillar.
The trig pillar is not far from Corrin's tower coastradar.com/places/isle-of-man/glenfaba/corrins-tower, which dominates the hill overlooking Peel.

The Market Square in Castletown. The minibus on the left is preparing to work a lightly-loaded Sunday journey on the direct no. 8 service to Peel. This stop is also served the by main bus route between Port Erin and Douglas via Isle of Man Airport (Ronaldsway) which is located just to the north of Castletown.
Castletown is dominated by the medieval Castle Rushen, one of the best preserved medieval castles in Europe and ancient home of the Kings and later Lords of Mann. Tynwald, the Manx Government, was based in Castle Rushen by the 1500s and Castletown was the Island's capital until Tynwald moved to Douglas during the 1860s and 1870s.

Snaefell – snow mountain – Manx: Sniaull, is the highest mountain and the only summit higher than 2,000 feet (610 m) on the Isle of Man, at 2,037 feet (620.9 m) above sea level.
The summit is crowned by a railway station, a café and a communications mast.
