Loganair's Britten-Norman Islander prepared for it's next 300 flying hours of air service between Orkney islands.
Islander is a 58.52m motor yacht, delivered by Australian Yacht Builders in 1991 to a design by Glade Johnson. She was originally built as an ABS classed motorsailer, but has recently undergone a complete internal and external refit which saw her masts and keel removed to convert her into a motor yacht.
Features of this superyacht now include a swimming pool, two cars, a Sportfisher, a gymnasium and a lift. She can sleep up to 13 guests in one master, three double and one twin cabin, along with three Pullman berths.

Asian American Women Artists Association (AAWAA) and the Asian Pacific Islander Cultural Center (APICC) join forces to present the multidisciplinary art exhibition Shifting Movements: Art Inspired by the Life & Activism of Yuri Kochiyama (1921-2014), as part of the 20th annual United States of Asian America Festival.
Shifting Movements is a multimedia exhibition featuring over 40 artists primarily from Asian American, Black, and Latinx communities, illuminating the legacy of intersectional revolutionary social activist Yuri Kochiyama. The artworks highlight the values and themes which guided her, and the incredibly diverse people, struggles, and movements that inspired a lifetime commitment to fighting for a more humane and just world.

A nice old steel neon and bulb sign for the Islander Motel in Los Angeles, the bulbs and the lower neon don't work anymore but the rest of it fires up at night......... a cool old motor court motel on Colorado Blvd.
