A painting of Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul) from Breaking Bad, done on my Intuos Wacom drawing tablet.
January 4th, 2013.
Image digitally blended using at least 3 images as the light was awful at this time of day (early morning). Blending done using Enfuse LR plugin to begin with, then refined manually in Photoshop where necessary.
Monochrome conversion done in Photoshop.

This was shot with the Canon 10-22mm.
2 exposures blended together, one for the sky and one for the beautiful clouds. I also did some light painting with the Intuos 4.
A mix of three photos all mixed in Photoshop. The figures in the dark area was carefully bring out with a Intuos pen and board.

The graphic artist is out, so I tried out his new-ish Wacom tablet. I think I may have to have one of these! This is a fantastical representation of a remembered meadow from a backpacking trip in Kings Canyon National Park, California, many years ago. (I just realized that I left out the skunk cabbage flowers, which are white, and tend to cover the wettest parts of the meadows up there. Sorry, skunk cabbages! )
My first painting with Corel Painter... loved it. I find it far superior to photoshop when it comes to the experience of painting.

Microsoft wireless notebook mouse. Terrible ergonimics, but a great little wireless RF mouse for travelling around with.

Winter project, I had to bring my digital intuos work with stylus here to Flickr to see the results on the Mac 27, it's not finished, due to the new and improved Flickr magnification there are areas that needing disbursement. viewing is open, however understand there is changes coming, as well refinements to the opacity color toning with blur. The animal was not alive, of all places in a plexiglass case at the Fairbanks Airport. background into the challenge, I once used the simple Polaroid camera, to capture images, than transform to art media, oil, acrylic, pencil, pen pastel or even charcoal of that period, the beauty here in this age, Digital, imagination, while the present challenge desired is to have alteration, that will be closer presenting eye contact. so I will be making progressive changes, until the desired effect is accomplished. patience involved, enjoying the progress so far ! paul FINAL 2/23/2015 Yeshiva TL- Electro X 35 mm film / slide Camera 1971 vintage, the Smile much newer !!

Not sure if I'm completely sold on this selective colour version, but once I started I had come too far to turn back!
Selective colouring done in Photoshop CS4 using my Wacom Intuos 3 Tablet (can't live without that thing now!!) with a channel mask to make basic mask which was then refined using the brush & dodge tools.
This is where I fight. Recently I've added a Wacom Bamboo A5 tablet for smoother drawing experience. Aimed for Intuos, but finally decided to go for Bamboo since as for now it's more than enough for me.
