Before&After and all the details here <3
I hope all of you and your loved ones are all right after what happened in Paris. I have no words to describe my feelings.
Picking flowers , surrounded by birds and bees <3
I used to pick wildflowers for my mom as a kid all the time!
I made those bouquets in PS, modded the hair, and painted in the bees. See before&after and get the credit here!
Bisou!
Finally I ended landscaping! I actually really love to do it. And, to be honest, my land is never truly done, I change it so often.
Using some of the new gifts from Fameshed (Happy Bday!), the shed is actually a group gift (don't miss out), and wearing new hot lacy top from Blueberry.
Looong list of credits on my blog HERE.
I added butterflies, painted the hair, and the pollen (I actually am allergic in RL lol).
Durdle Door this was the moment just before sun disappeared behind the clouds. Not the easiest exposure to get as the difference between foreground and sky was quite wide.
forgetting how busy it gets here having to clone out a few people!!!
Lyme Regis captured beginning of this year and capturing the waves at different times while splashing against the iconic wall.
Sunset captured at Hatchet Pond in Hampshire during the Blue hour back in September with the lake at this time once the sun had set did settle down to be almost ripple free...
Apart from a firecrest nd filter .09 for the sky and lower reduction of the polariser...
Sunset at Talacre lighthouse - North Wales back in May and to be greeted with a spectacular sky.
Composition here with the sunlight reflecting in the puddle and a couple walking by observing the sunset.
Been a few years since I was last here and certainly worth the visit and of course leaving in the lone seagull ahead.
Out of my comfort zone forest photography, this one captured last November on my way home from a mornings photography.
It was a chance wonder through to see if anything worth photographing and It was this particular part of the forest that there was a bit of mist still hanging around, and this image of the sunlit mist in the distance that caught my eye here with bonus autumn yellows and browns still hanging around.
Probably not the usual image taken here usually it is of the 'Lone Tree' and after taken several images of the tree there was not too much more of interest happening and noticing interest in the distance where haze and sunlight interacting giving some dynamic light variations and thought I would go for something of a more unusual composition. To the left of the trees you will just about see Dolbadarn Castle with the reflection of trees and mountains.
Foggy morning enabling me to get a more mystical capture, having the boats on the horizon just appearing through the fog in the distance and leaving in the lone seagull...
Processed in Lightroom and getting some good contrast in the image, no filters used just wanted to time the appearance of the boats ahead to appear as the fog was moving around...
Not that I do many sunsets this is another form Hatchet Pond in the new Forest after the sun had gone down and around 2 minutes after my previous upload, more blue and orange tones appearing here. Centre ahead is where the sun had set
Unlike my previous upload opting to use only the Firecrest polariser around half way round.
The lake settling to a near perfect stillness...
Single exposure processed in LR and Photoshop.
Captured back in June this year and for a change a non long exposure version.
This time of year getting up early morning to get sunrises is not easy and getting up early to arrive here only just managing to get some images of this sky as it was breaking out into breath taking colour made it worthwhile.
A higher than usual iso of 1250 to hand hold my camera for the first few images to get this sky in all it's glory in case it quickly dissipated. Also some distant haze or mist on the horizon.
Pre-Sunrise
An image captured of Hengistbury row of beach huts back in May this year.
A very early start for this one and rewarded with an orange pre sunrise on a Still morning and not a cloud in the sky just the pastel coloured sky and the birds.
Captured late last year with autumn colours standing out on a misty morning, ahead the sunlight breaking through.
Captured in November on a misty morning in Sturminster Newton, this position with the sun lighting one half of the scene and the other still waiting with the fence as a leading line...
Very windy day when I was here so opting for the straight forward non long exposure, 'not that I do many non long exposures for seascapes' I was hoping to do and capturing when the light was on. Opting for the square format with the lighthouse centre.
Firecrest polariser used!!!
Peak District isn't a place I have visited before and having few days off staying overnight in Sheffield and got up super early and very unsociable hours to see if I could get a sunrise here.
Tried out the sunrise/sunset firecrest filter for when the sun came up certainly an interesting filter plus a 0.9 firecrest graduated filter the position here most of the way down, and which helped in getting the type of skies I like to see. could have taken bracketed my shots and when I do quite often only use the best to process from.
Hope you like!!!
Early morning last autumn form the top of MamTor towards Castleton.
Low lying mist and sunrise with the La Forge brick works with it's tall chimney and smoke...
Captured January this year and to be greeted with some morning mist.
A location I visit often when conditions allow a foggy morning being the main reason and the conversion to Black and White I find brings out the mood of the morning seeing the river house isolated by the fog and mist.
This image was taken 10 minutes after my previous Mam Tor sunrise again sunrise/sunset filter with .09 grad firecrest filters stacked.
Again took bracket images of varying light and only working on a single image and not the need to blend images.
If I'd thought about it an open gate may have made for better composition still a great morning and worth getting up after 3.00am..
Processed in Lightroom!!!
Captured back in May, this image of when the sun was just in the right position shining brightly through the trees, and after a couple more images that was about it as the sun that morning was blindingly bright.
Exposed in camera to capture the sky as it was this morning full of colour with processing in lightroom to what you see here.
Boat PE1043,
Sunset captured at Mudeford Quay earlier this year during the first lockdown on one of our daily walks allowed at the time and no tripod.
Still waters with some colourful light.
A first visit for me to East Anglia last year to capture something new and did plan a revisit for this year which currently not able to do a visit here again is definitely on my list.
A long exposure of almost 7 minutes with a 16stop firecrest filter, sea mist was coming and going and having black and white in mind for this particular image leaving the compulsory seagull or 2 which these days seem to be captured and so long as they are not too blurred will leave them in.
Being my first visit didn't quite time the tide correctly as the sea defences were getting covered by the high tide quickly, also a slightly unusual crop as I didn't have long enough to gauge positions this one being the better of the images captured.
Jurassic coast stack opposite Old Harry Rocks, long exposure the sun hitting the white rocks turning them orange.
Portrait version as I liked the Wispy clouds.
Firecrest 10stop ultra filter.
Image captured back in June just as the season was closing in. Managing to a field with Poppies as far as the eye can see.
Dynamic range was quite considerable once the sun was up, this one under exposed for the sky and processed in light room, leaving in a couple of lens flares caused by shooting into the sun.
Captured last autumn lone tree on it's own island on Rydal Water, on this particular morning it was murky low cloud of mist and fine rain.

Structure on Boscombe Beach not sure why it is there.
16 stop ND firecrest filter used, at this time the sun was behind the clouds as it would have been too much glare on the ocean otherwise.
Not having done Long Exposures in recent months a great subject matter for practice.
Long exposure during a rainy day on Swanage Pier.
It was a bit of a moody morning and what worked well here is the walkway has a gloss look and capturing the mood in between showers, also strong winds hence the moody clouds.
Firecrest 10 stop nd filter used.
Contest Entry for Enchantment's Twisted Fairytales Photo Contest.
My dark twist on The Little Mermaid. What if Ariel couldn't get Prince Eric to love her before the 3rd Sunset?
This photo is a mashup of five different picture, like good old times.. ❤❤ It was so much fun to edit!

youtu.be/ccUiGVt8EuA <- Some Music to set the mood
An image taken last year not on a particularly good day weather wise where Black and White looking best.
This one I liked as you had the 2 sheep and lone walker.
A place worth a definite revisit when possible...
