Father and daugther.
I saw him making faces and playing with her, it just melted my heart. As I was stuffing my face with a nyc pretzel with mustrad, I loaded my camera with more film and just started clicking away. I was prolly just about 15 feet away. He was so intuned with her not to notice much around him.

I did an interview today with Sean Rafferty for the BBC on his show, "In Tune". I showed up straight off the train from Paris, without a clue about who else would be on the show - to my immense, astonished surprise, the other guest was YO YO MA! (Seriously. Yo. Yo. Maaaaa!!!!) He played live on the show - and he played lavishly, luxuriously, emotionally, beautifully - there aren't enough superlatives in existence to capture what he brought into the studio. But more importantly, he was generosity incarnate and the most bubbly, wonderful, funny, warm human being. It was, by far, one of the very coolest hours of my life!
If you're interested, you can tune in for one week from today on the BBC Website and listen to the interview:

quotes i love.
"We have to do stuff that average people don’t understand because those are the only good things."

"The difference between school and life? In school, you’re taught a lesson and then given a test. In life, you’re given a test that teaches you a lesson."
Tom Bodett

I think for now on i'm not going to talk about my days, unless it's something too exciting for me to keep inside,..i never do that in my journals, and i know people don't care:D, so i'm going to talk about things that are on my mind and etc. Just like in my journals. But not too much or too detail because i will leave that for my beautiful paper journal. I love the feeling of writing in my journal and expressing all my thoughts. my journal is different though, when i write in it, i never repeat any one thought, so if i have something i already wrote in my journal i can go weeks without writing in it. it makes me sad, but i don't like being repetitive in it. I've become so unlazy lately. Been able to control my emotions more, not get stressed, annoyed, angry, and etc. I wasn't horrible before, but whenever i'm on the red dragon it's a roller coaster ride of emotions for me, but now it's different and i believe because i'm becoming more intune with my body, mind, and spirt and i love it so much. Last night was so eye opening for me. I just can't ever imagine jonel and i breaking up, no matter what. GOd i'm so in love with that boy. I have thoughts on my mind..but i think i will write them in my journal..i miss her..i haven't written in her in about 5days:/ i used to write in her about 6times a day, now it's just whenever i'm not preoccupied with reading, biking, playing suduko, working, talking to people, or out. Good night, the new year will bring lots of new things and changes. I'm so excited and ready for it!

13th April... I feel a bit so so today. Not really intune. So, i am sticking with my brain's current screensaver...
The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future, or anticipate troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly.
