My process is intuitive drawn immediately from life my memories or dreams. It is a mirror of self with things l feel closely connected to. It is by no means an easy process that can take hours days weeks even months before the perpectival moment emerges . I am not interested in perfect anatomical drawings but more the essence and expression of the thing.It takes time before l am transported to the perspectival zone that strips away everything down to what l see feel closely connected to at the time from real things like a moment, dream or memory.
On behalf of all woman who are suffering in the world. You are a strong and powerful. vulnerability is your power. ln your love and tenderness, you are a powerful presence of being. Don't let them reduce your essence. Freedom resides deep within You!!
I am thinking about humanity in art and the struggles many artists woman face in their art/ life. That ,pain we feel suffering real things that empower art the energy that moves resides deep within you that ignites it, We mustn't lose our essence, listen to your inner voice that helps you stay true and be free to express yourself as an artist creator an individual. This is precious!! It is important we stay true....
My heart goes out to the very brave, courageous Ukrainian people and all innocent people who are suffering through this war. l pray for peace and harmony soon to the Ukrainian people to the world. Stay strong !

Another one of those moments when the inner photo editor says "stop right here and photograph this." Though there is nothing there to photograph, when I see the scene in the camera's frame I understand on an intuitive level what it is about. Later I can see the appeal of the several angled planes and lines, the subdued red, cyan, and neutral color, the rhythm of asphalt markings, building openings and bricked-in openings, signs, overpainted graffiti, and peeling plaster, the empty asphalt and flat sky, together adding up to an eerily serene and orderly, though empty and desolate, scene with no content, agenda, metaphor, or irony other than the space itself and the shapes that enclose it.

absolutely aligned straight tele lens photo - nevertheless the artist Ulrike Kazmeier keeps her balance and "circumscribes" her sculpture with her body ... ;-) ...
Ulrike Kazmaier creates works that at first glance have little connection with each other in terms of form.
The connection, however, is the mental process that inspires them.
The artist borrows details from a variety of historical works of art, although not as such, but as translated by some medium of reproduction. Kazmaier repeats this process or zooms to extreme close-up, which may reveal for example the bright variety of colors in the pixels of Renaissance paper.
Pixels in turn become an abstract tile mosaic. Work with other details shows other possibilities of translation, which as it turns out are infinite. In the era of digital appropriation and technical reproducibility, almost anything is possible and perhaps for this reason Kazmaier looks for ways to ground existing objects anew in some tangible reality.
In doing so, she re-creates them into new, visually elegant abstract works.

There will be no butterfly watching today in the pouring rain. It has been exquisite sitting outside beside them with my camera. There were 6 there yesterday. Seeing one on its own is beautiful but the feeling of a group of them together is unforgettable. The day before one settled on my hand for a few moments. It flew away whilst I was weighing up the possibilities of being able to catch it there by shooting with one hand. I'm convinced butterflies and bees are very intuitive. Bees always seem to pick up my thought to take a photo but stay around when I have no intention of doing so

As part of a creative endeavor I'm learning about making books. It was a joy that some of my children wanted to join me in learning a new skill. Gideon—age 12–made a few small sketchbooks and gave me one. I chose this green one and was naturally inspired to title it "grow" and fill it with pen & paper doodles that illustrate growth. Intuitively filling these pages with simple doodles as I faced intense physical and emotional struggles following very overwhelming hospitalizations and health complications was helpful in coping. To me I find it amazing how doing "little" things can add up and sometimes be helpful. I faced many intense moments and was thankful I could notice some benefits in making these basic doodles.
It’s always compositionally satisfying when the sky mimics what’s happening in the land. Here the steely blues, greys and whites of the landscape are echoed in the sky. Colour and form, if not exactly mirrored, are pleasingly complementary. A little mist over the distant mountains reinforces the sense of recession in an image (shot from the deck of the ship) that might otherwise lack depth. Although I don’t always consciously articulate these things to myself at the time, I’m convinced we learn to recognise these patterns through practice and repetition, so that eventually we react intuitively to their presence. These instincts, such as they are, served me well in Svalbard, where much of my time was spent shooting hand-held from a moving vehicle. I will admit, I missed my tripod and looked forward to those few occasions we made landfall. We old dogs don't take easily to new tricks!

We are living in unprecedented times on the planet. In times past you have always known things intuitively about a situation or a person, but you have lacked the evidence to substantiate your knowing.
So, you give the person the benefit of the doubt – and then feel bad because you have these little alarm bells that go off inside of you about a situation or a person in your life. Many times you really do not want to believe what you feel because you at some level value or love some of these people in your life and to believe that in some way they are betraying you at some level is a shocking thought for most of us. So we live in denial – but deep down your inner guidance rings little alarm bells inside of you – but you dismiss it – then you think badly of yourself for having such a negative thought about a situation or a person who you may in fact care a great deal about. So you are living a lie.
Everything in your life is just an illusion.
But deep down you ‘know’ something is not right however you cannot put your finger on it, and this becomes the cycle, beating yourself up for having a negative vibe about a situation or a person. You let it go, you look for the good and you ignore the intuitive wise soul that you are. Because, let’s face it, you have no evidence so how on earth can you justify these feelings?
This has been the cycle on earth for humanity. 2020 has birthed forth a completely new paradigm on humanity. The universe will no longer support the deceptions at every level of our society. It is affecting every human being right now at every level of our lives. This too is being witnessed on a global level at every level of society from Politicians to Corporations, the list is long. The deceptions are shocking.
If you are experiencing truths being exposed to you about things you have known intuitively but never had the ‘evidence’ of until now – know that this is what is being played out for humanity now. Truth is being exposed to you like never before.
I have been aware of this for some time now and this year of 2020 has been an amazing year exposing to me things that I had intuitively known for a long time, with relationships at every level, whether that be business relationships, romantic relationship, family and friend relationships. People are being exposed and for the first time – you are now being given evidence to substantiate things that you have intuitively known but denied within yourself.
You will be shown evidence now that there can be no denying from you anymore – these are truly exciting times. Whilst, for some it maybe a very difficult reality to awaken to truth – trust the process and give gratitude that you finally ‘know the truth’.
Now like never before you will be given validation and evidence that will be so in your face you simply cannot deny it – what you have known intuitively will finally be substantiated with evidence! Bring it On!
You were never paranoid in the past, but humanity lacked the evidence to support our inner truth. Trust the wisdom of your soul and know that usually your ‘first thought’ is always the right truth.
Darkness cannot dwell in the light – the Light exposes the darkness for all to see. Where there has been darkness – light is now exposing the darkness. Truth can be shocking to us, but far better to see the ‘truth’ than to live a lie.
There have been some narcissistic types who have infiltrated my world once again, the difference is - I have been aware of their mind games, but at times doubted my intuition once more. So I have taken a step back and become the observer of these relationships - never fully invested in their games.
Whilst they have believed they have had me under their spell - oh that has been my 'glorious moment' - knowing their deceptions and dark games they play with people's emotions.
They disguise themselves as charming, as your friend - then gas light you, and others, their world is a dark miserable existence.
Aah but this time, this wise woman in me, never had any emotional attachment to them whatsoever despite allowing them to believe differently.
It has been a victory for me personally to have been able to give these types enough rope to hang themselves in their lies and deception!
Done with this type of vermon that dwell in these dark places of evil. They have no souls, they have no emotions and part of their agenda is to attempt to destroy you emotionally, mentally.
I am not broken, quite the opposite - because the truth of who they were was very clear to me from the beginning.
Your Game is Over! I hope this helps others who are at the mercy of types like this as they are rampant in this virtual world and need to be exposed for who they really are.
As a good friend said to me - "He is like a snake in the grass" - he was so accurate in his interpretation of the particular snake in the grass I am referring to.
If your gut feeling warns you about a situation - DO NOT IGNORE YOUR FEELINGS - your gut feeling is the barometer of your Soul Wisdom. Trust it and you will be shown the evidence you need to substantiate these thoughts and feelings.

Rising from the flat plain surrounding it, just as the sun is rising behind, the old grain elevator at Dankin is also falling. Sandra took me there specifically to witness the two old elevators: this one is almost a hundred years old, she said, and part of the roof has blown off since her last visit. We walked around them, crossing old railroad tracks, shooting in the flat light of evening. There is nothing left of Dankin besides the elevators. It is described online as "an area". Soon there won't even be these remnants; look at how badly it's leaning. One big storm will smash it down to a pile of broken boards. So our visit was tinged with melancholy.
The next morning, on my way home, I had to pass by them again, and tried to time my arrival for sunrise. Almost missed it. When I saw the light exploding through open doors at the base, I ran across a field of wheat stubble, stopping to set the tripod up fast, compose intuitively, shoot, and run some more. Part of the running was because it was so cold I knew I couldn't stay out long. Half an hour was all. Coming back to my car, fingers numb with pain, I thought I'd never been that cold in my life.
The only lens I used was the 14-24 mm - sharp and versatile. This was the fourth shot in the sequence; I'll upload others over time because I don't know if it's the best of the lot. Sometimes I have to let things settle; I've been looking through a lot of images these past few days. Many thanks to Sandra Herber for making a strong case to visit this location and photograph the two old elevators in winter light.

Erwin Heerich (1922 - 2004) was a German graphic artist and sculptor.
Characteristic of the work of draftsman and sculptor Erwin Heerich are the geometric forms that, despite their mathematical strictness, were nevertheless developed intuitively.
Since the 1980s, he also designed buildings that he himself regarded as sculptures that could be entered from the inside. Heerich designed many buildings for the Museum Insel Hombroich near Neuss, which he developed in collaboration with the architect Hermann Müller from Düsseldorf. In these works, he succeeded in combining pure forms, uncompromising aesthetics and conditions for practical use.
Museum Insel Hombroich in Holzheim near Neuss is a museum park with the motto "art parallel to nature" (German: Kunst parallel zur Natur).
The museum was founded by the real estate agent and art collector Karl-Heinrich Müller from Düsseldorf. When he had found a suitable location, he set up a foundation called Stiftung Insel Hombroich, with the aim of presenting his art collection in various pavilions in dialogue with the surrounding nature.
