I took this picture in Brooklyn at a bar while watching the Pistons get taxed by Cleveland. The couple next to me started making out furiously, and in order to both protect their anonymity and at the same time convey kind of an anonymous intimacy I shot them from below the table.
These are the first images I have created whilst being at university. The theme I am setting myself for the current module I am working on is intimacy - within taking a photograph and the actual photograph its self.
With these photographs I considered peoples insecurities and wanted this to appear raw. I'm finding it rather difficult for the ideas to manifest but I feel they are on there way - hopefully :)

"You can, of course, experiment with your own life. Maybe you shouldn't do it with other people's."
One little yellow bird sits alone and arrange her delicate feathers in a dar corner under trees in the exotic huge living section in the Central Park, New York City. It is such a delicate mechanical skill so she addresses every line in there like a little ritual.
“there's nothing more intimate in life than simply being understood. And understanding someone else.”

Flowers are often like people, some are extroverts some introverts! Some stay closed, some open and when they do...
THIS is the result, they reveal the most private... gently dispersing the pollen attracting the bees and butterflies!
OOHH, yes, my flowers have their own language... listen carefully, with your eyes, hope you hear what I hear...? LOL
