This intervention does not come from any week's assignments. I tilted the tower to the southern side so the northern side facade can get more sunlight and reduces the sunlight on the opposite side.(This image is for the design studio assignment for the school of Architecture)

Well, we are about 2.5 weeks away from the final presentation of our thesis projects. I am still nowhere near done, don't really have a design for all of these ideas and concepts...hopefully by the end of the weekend.
This is just a diagram of some of the things I am working with on this particular section of Freedom Parkway - still in very rough form with more details to be worked out. At this point I need to not be doing any more diagrams and work on my model...so I've got to get more work done!!

In stark contrast to photo 3 of the mill, this shows that anthropological remnants unceasingly decay, becoming more and more fragmented over time.
This concept of decay is what the eternal flame in the last photo is trying to combat.
The graffiti is a new mark, a sign of human intervention.
