I know, i've been so bad about uploading lately. I've just been so pushed with this AP concentration and everything with school. It's just crazy in my life. But I'm back now, I have missed flickr like crazy.
This is part of my AP photography concentration. I love it.

i was walking in the mountains and finding some inspiration but mentally was in condition of conflict with myself becouse lately i'm never satisfied photographically of my works, so i did this click that I had not thought of before.
i hope to do some good work next time otherwise I have to suffer too much cold next time again.

Two young women attending a protest in London over Israel's massacre of unarmed Palestinians in Gaza. Although the rally was only called at short notice and had not received any publicity in Britain's mainstream media, a surprisingly large number of demonstrators - about six hundred - gathered in Whitehall, opposite the Prime Minister's office at Downing Street, in central London.
[ Just in case anyone is interested I have attached a link to my research on British crimes against both Arabs and Jews in Palestine during the mandate period - 1919-1948. Use the following url and scroll down the list of countries alphabetically for Palestine - roguenation.org/choose-by-country/ ]
The previous day, Friday 6 April, ten unarmed Palestinians protesting close to the Gaza border fence with Israel had been shot dead by elite snipers from the Israeli Occupation Forces. The fatalities included photojournalist Yaser Mutarja who, as can been seen clearly from the well documented film footage and the photographs of other journalists, was wearing a clearly labelled PRESS jacket at the time. He was fatally wounded and died in the early hours of Saturday morning.
News stations and media outlets across the developing world covered the story in depth. Even the liberal Israeli newspaper Haaretz belatedly carried a headline - "Palestinian Journalist Wearing Press Jacket Killed by Israeli Fire in Gaza". However, on Saturday morning, BBC World News devoted barely a minute to what it had previously termed "clashes" in Gaza, and in what it now termed merely "deadly unrest."
The words "massacre" and "crime" were carefully avoided. On its television coverage on Saturday morning I heard absolutely no mention of the death of Yaser Mutarja, although it did belatedly include a mention of his death in the sixth paragraph of an online article entitled "Deadly unrest on Gaza-Israel border"
A total of 31 Palestinians had been killed by Israeli live-ammunition in the previous eight days since the "Land Protests" had started, demanding justice for Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank, the end of Israel's blockade of Gaza and the right of refugees to return to their homes from which they have been illegally forced to leave.
The ongoing Israeli-Egyptian blockade of Gaza and its 1.9 million inhabitants has been crippling with sixty per cent of Gazans living below the poverty line and at least eighty per cent dependent on international aid and an unemployment rate of 41 per cent as of December 2017. Nearly half (47%) of households have been categorized by the United Nations as "food insecure".
The blockade and earlier military assaults by Israeli have also had a devastating impact on the city's infrastructure and families are lucky to receive even four to six hours electricity a day and many have no access to safe drinking water - see the latest United Nations figures -

This part ain’t sexy, but critical for both structural support and making space for important details like the cargo area and near future pilot positioning...

We went to this restaurant which was obviously formerly a wealthy person's home in the old medina of Fez. Fez (Fès) is considered the spiritual and cultural center of Morocco. The old medina of Fez was designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1981. (Zoom in to see the incredible detail.)
The 2035 ban on the sale of new cars with internal combustion engines is often criticized as a misguided decision. A central argument is the lack of technological openness. Critics of the ban point out that the exclusive focus on electromobility ignores other promising alternatives such as synthetic fuels (e-fuels) or hydrogen technologies. For example, e-fuels could represent a climate-friendly solution for existing vehicles, thereby having a much greater impact than the sole transition to electric cars. Furthermore, the production of e-fuels is generally carbon-neutral, as carbon dioxide is extracted from the atmosphere during their production. A technology-agnostic approach would enable engineers and the industry to develop the most efficient and sustainable solutions instead of being limited to a single, politically mandated option.
Another crucial point of criticism is the dependency on global supply chains and scarce resources. The production of batteries for electric vehicles requires a large amount of critical raw materials such as lithium, cobalt, and nickel. These raw materials are often mined under environmentally damaging and ethically questionable conditions, and the supply chains are dominated by a few countries. A one-sided focus on electromobility could therefore lead to new geopolitical dependencies and bottlenecks. In addition, the energy supply for widespread e-mobility is not yet sufficiently secured in many countries. A too-rapid transition could overload the power grid and lead to a greater need for electricity from fossil fuels, which would undermine the desired climate goals.
The German head of Mercedes, Ola Källenius, has also been critical of the rigid focus on the combustion engine ban. He advocates for a reassessment of the decision to strengthen technological openness again. Källenius emphasizes that the internal combustion engine could be operated in a climate-neutral way through the use of synthetic fuels and would thus represent an attractive alternative to pure e-mobility. He argues that a technology-agnostic policy would enable manufacturers to develop innovative solutions and find the best ways to decarbonize transport. From his perspective, the combustion engine ban is an unnecessary restriction that weakens the innovative power of the European automotive industry and jeopardizes its competitiveness against other markets. He suggests that politicians should re-evaluate the situation to ensure that the best and most efficient technologies for reducing CO2 emissions are used.
23/365: burst.
v | break suddenly and violently apart, spilling the contents, typically as a result of an impact or internal pressure.
yup, that is how i felt this afternoon in downtown Dallas… completely out of my comfort zone and feeling like i was going to burst inside from all the noise, vibrations, concrete, energy (not negative or positive) – everything. keep me away from the concrete forest, i need nature, green, life – trees.
however, i did manage to get a few good photos while scouting around for photo shoot locations. this was one of my favorite murals from down in Deep Ellum.

All the parts added together. Still a little bit rough around the edges, but overall I'm pretty happy with how the shape turned out. Also, exactly 1:45 scale! The Lego system never seems to stop amaze me.
And when your fears subside
And shadows still remain
I know that you can love me
When there's no one left to blame
So never mind the darkness
We still can find a way
Because nothing lasts forever
Even cold November rain

Y cuando tus miedos amainan

Porque nada dura para siempre,
ni siquiera la fría lluvia de noviembre.
Internal waves (waves at the density boundary layer) are often produced by the strait. Like traffic merging on a highway, the water flow is constricted in both directions because it must pass over the Camarinal Sill. When large tidal flows enter the Strait and the high tide relaxes, internal waves are generated at the Camarinal Sill and proceed eastwards. Even though the waves may occur down to great depths, occasionally the waves are almost imperceptible at the surface, at other times they can be seen clearly in satellite imagery. These internal waves continue to flow eastward and to refract around coastal features. They can sometimes be traced for as much as 100 km (62 mi), and sometimes create interference patterns with refracted waves.

Lighted with 2 flashes at about approx. 1/30000s. Used old Porst/Regula flashes which are said to reach 1/50000, but I think this is not true. Unfortunately I could not find a flash which could be faster than 1/50000 or even 1/100000. And if so, they are toooo expensive.
Had also the problem of synchronizing the 2 flashes, because the internal delay is different, not to say unpredictable...
Video of the Disney Parks BB-8 Light-up Keychain. When you push the on/off switch (which is cleverly disguised) the internal white LEDs flash on and off in synchrony with the beeping sound effects. The pattern of beeps and flashing lights lasts for about 10 seconds, then repeats indefinitely, until the power is shut off. When it is turned off, there is a wind down sound effect, and the LEDs slowly fade away.
The bottom spins freely from right to left (or clockwise as seen from above). If the bottom is turned towards the right (counterclockwise as seen from above), then a spring is wound up. When the bottom is let loose, it spins rapidly clockwise for about 30 seconds or so. So this is not only a keychain, but a toy and a flashlight. You can replace the button batteries by unscrewing the case, as explained in the included instructions.
It is available in Disneyland at World of Disney in Downtown Disney, and in the Emporium on Main Street in Disneyland Park. It costs $12.99, and batteries are included. I first saw it last Sunday March 6, 2016, and bought it immediately.
