Installed the intercom on my FJR. Also built a switched 12v hookup box to put under the seat (since the battery is under the fairing). Works great.
For now, the connections to the Starcom1 are dangling out the grab handle I use to put the FJR up on its centerstand. I have the bulkhead kit, and will be installing it later.

Here is my video review of the "Levana LV-TW501 Safe N See Digital Video Baby Monitor with Talk-to-Baby Intercom and Lullaby Control" (shoo, that's a mouth full). Hopefully this review will help you decide on this product or not. If you have any questions please post a comment and I'll reply. Over-all this looks like a great product with lots of features. Although I am not familiar with Levana products it seems very well made.
Voice Tunnel is an interactive light and sound installation by Mexican-Canadian artist Rafael Lozano-Hemmer, will transform the 1,400 foot long Park Avenue Tunnel with 300 theatrical spotlights that produce glimmering arches of light along the tunnel’s walls and ceiling. Participants will be able to influence the intensity of each light by speaking into a special intercom at the tunnel’s center which records their voice and loops it. Louder speech will increase the lights’ brightness proportionally, creating a Morse-like code of flashes throughout the tunnel. The individual voices will be heard as pedestrians walk through the tunnel, on 150 loudspeakers, one beside each light arch and synchronized with it.
At any given time, the tunnel will be illuminated by the voices of the past 90 participants: as new participants speak into the intercom, older recordings will get pushed away by one position down the array of light fixtures until they leave the tunnel, so that the content of the piece is changing constantly.
Riedel Communications’ all-new DisTag distance monitoring device is playing an essential role in the company’s gradual resumption of on-site operations. As employees of the Managed Technology Division return to work at Riedel’s headquarters in Wuppertal, each is equipped with a DisTag — a reliable and precise instrument worn around the neck or carried in a pocket.
Our intercom in our flat where I live....it still functioning but we use it very seldom....I have noticed that he was forgotten that like nobody in the room notice it. I grabbed my camera and took some angles hoping to get the right shoot...

After the power plant and the cooling tower, here come pictures of the offices, including the baths, cafeteria as well as workshops. And, a little farther, a former Intercom coal distributor (big metallic structure).

We all know how annoying the static and hum from an alternator is. This is where wiring and a filter are critical!!
