Affordances at the Architectural Association: for some reason the push-to-open toilet doors at the AA skip right past the internationally-recognised indicator for push (flat metal plate) an onto the internationally-recognised indicator for pull (raised metal bar). I thought architects were at least marginally interested in design?!
