Being a big fan of Fc Bayern München, I decided to go to Madrid for 4 days in May 2010 since Bayern were playing Inter Milan in the Champions League final in Madrid. I couldn't afford tickets for the game, but wanted to go anyway to support my team, soak up the atmosphere, and hang out with fans of both teams. I also really wanted to go abroad again, experience another culture and hopefully get some good photos. I had an amazing time, despite the fact FC Bayern lost 2-0.

Original, rare Internazionale FC (Inter) Milan football shirt / soccer jersey from 2007/08 season with famous Pirelli sponsor. A special centenary (100 anni / centenario) edition, an away version with a red cross symbol dominating the design (symbol of the Milano city).
Similar to the Genoa 2019 jersey is Inter's away jersey from the 2007-2008 season, dedicated to the centenary of the Nerazzurri club. Nike as technical sponsor, the white jersey in the middle features a large red cross in honour of the city of Milan. On the chest is the Scudetto, while the peculiarity concerns the main sponsor, Pirelli, which stands out in this jersey not in the centre but on the top left under the Inter crest. This jersey also has a special feature. Inter wore it in the Champions League home match against Fenerbahce, which they won 3-0. On that occasion, it was the first time in history that the Nerazzurri took to the pitch at the San Siro wearing the second jersey.
The career of Mario Balotelli has been a colourful blend of positives and negatives. However, the reason why he has worn the No. 45 jersey for 15 years makes sense. Since joining his first major league club Inter Milan in 2007, the 32-year-old former Liverpool and Manchester City striker has insisted on using the same jersey number. Balotelli’s fortunes have changed for a variety of reasons, but there is only one explanation for why his number has remained the same. When he initially played three or four games with Inter Milan, he had No 45 since the numbers for young players were from No 36 to No 50, the 36-cap Italian reportedly remarked. Since he was joking that four plus five is nine, he chose No. 45, and he scored in each of the four games. Later on, he always maintained the number 45 as he believes it gives him luck.
Mario Balotelli Barwuah (Italian pronunciation: (born 12 August 1990) is an Italian professional footballer who plays as a striker.
Balotelli started his professional football career in 2005 at Lumezzane, before joining Inter Milan in 2007. He won the treble (Serie A, Coppa Italia, and Champions League) in 2010. Balotelli reunited with Internazionale manager Roberto Mancini at Manchester City in 2010, helping them win a Premier League title and FA Cup. He moved back to Italy in January 2013, signing for Inter's rival club, AC Milan, before returning to the Premier League with Liverpool 18 months later. Following a return to Milan on loan, Balotelli departed to France, playing for Nice and Marseille in Ligue 1. He returned to Italy a third time, joining Serie A club Brescia in summer 2019, and Serie B club Monza in late 2020. The following summer, Balotelli signed for Turkish club Adana Demirspor.
Balotelli earned his first cap for Italy in a friendly match against the Ivory Coast in 2010. He amassed over 30 caps and represented his country at UEFA Euro 2012, the 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup, and the 2014 FIFA World Cup. He helped the national side reach the final of Euro 2012, scoring twice against Germany in the semi-finals, and won bronze at the Confederations Cup. Balotelli is Italy's joint-top scorer in the UEFA European Championship, and joint-top scorer in the Confederations Cup.
Regarded as a highly promising player in his youth, Balotelli is a versatile forward with strength, pace and an eye for goal. He is a penalty kick specialist. Despite his talent, Balotelli has been criticised for his poor attitude on and off the pitch.

Pat Rice amusingly acknowledged a fan a few rows back while putting the cones out who was singing "Pat Rice, give us a wave, Pat Rice, Pat Rice, give us a wave.
I thought the words on the scoreboard were rather fitting.
