Ein Escom-PC, ausgestattet mit
- einem 1994 noch modernen Intel 80486DX2
- 8 MB FPD-RAM
- einer 500 MB-Festplatte
- einem Diskettenlaufwerk von NEC
- einer miro Crystal-Grafikkarte
- einer Creative Sound Blaster (nachgerüstet)
- und einem Sony CD-ROM-Laufwerk (nachgerüstet).
Es liefen MS-DOS 6.2, MS-DOS 6.22, Windows 3.11 for Workgroups und zum Schluss auch Windows 95.
Interessant ist, dass das Board nur einen DIN-Anschluss (größerer PS-2-Anschluss) für die Tastatur bot und alle anderen Anschlüsse (seriell, parallel, Game-Port, VGA) über Schnittstellenkarten nachgerüstet wurden.

"ESCOM (Eikmeier Schmitt Computergesellschaft mbH) war eine Firma, die sich mit dem Handel und der Herstellung von Computern und Computerzubehör befasste.
Manfred Schmitt aus Darmstadt begann 1986, in seinem Musikgeschäft "Orgel-Schmitt" auch Computer anzubieten... Am 15. Juli 1996 musste ESCOM Konkurs anmelden... 1995 hatte ESCOM noch die Rechte an Amiga aufgekauft und angekündigt, C64 und Amiga-Computer nachbauen zu wollen."
