Nadja partially redressed...

I remembered this lovely shiny pink skirt from that fashion set which I bought some time ago (see photo below) and thought this would be great for this Nadja... 😊

Poppy and Darla in ITBE jewel-toned gowns. All dolls switched to matching NuFace or Monogram bodies.

I got the girls today!! They are almost ready for photos minus some minor drying and primping. More to come!

I have to admit part of the reason I bought this doll was I wanted pieces of her outfit, and I could get her on sale for under retail price. I didn't quite expect to like the actual doll as much as I do. She's really lovely. What a gorgeous face. I love the colors of her makeup.

A Huge 'Thank You' to Dolldiva and Leslie, 'Bogostick' for finding this dress for me!!! ♥♥♥♥♥

As soon as I saw Rayna wearing it on Dolldiva's stream, I had to have it!

Total Betty loves it too!

The pride mural 🌈

I know l'm a little early but pride month is just around the corner...

*Note: More pics of Plant, Trees, Flowers, Fruits and Mushrooms in my Flora and Fungus Album.

My first purchase ever...was so excited and this is how he came [see broken ankle/foot]. Hopefully, the seller will resolve the issue peaceably but this will be my last. The amount of $$ these dolls cost, regardless of "deal" it's not worth it (to me.)

So bummed...😢😪😭

UPDATE: I decided between the seller and IT toys...whoever responded/acted appropriately, I would go that route. IT toys wants me to send him in for repair and they are not offering a replacement doll. WRONG! That's not what I paid for and its not what I'm going to accept. His ankle is a clean snap and you can't even get the peg out of the leg. So why should I accept a body that was shipped once to me...will be shipped back to them..."repaired" and same already been through it body placed in more shipping risks, sent to me again? Spoke to Veronique'...girl, not having it...try again. If my daughter's therapies and IEP meetings taught me nothing else...it taught me to "GET IT IN WRITING" because people will tell you anything and do the opposite.

eBay Seller Update: After me messaging her yesterday, she said she will message me a new tracking number in the morning. Waiting...

Opinion: I've had an exposed ankle peg on one of my Texas A&M Barbie Ken dolls (actually my daughter plays with it) and the ankle/foot is still attached. The FR doll peg, to me had to be flimsy and exposed to begin with or the peeps working the production line said (bleep) it and packed him that way. Which is why I will not accept a repair over brand new swap. However, Mattel at least mailed me a voucher to get another A&M and I ended up buying several more (without issues) when Walmart had a sale. FR body...nice design but I'm not seeing quality match price. It feels like you're paying to say you have a label. 😒

I'm actually hoping for great success for Mattel in 2016 with all the newly articulated dolls. It's slow coming but they are listening and customer support has integrity and that's what matters to me. I hope moving forward...more diversity with Ken, continued HD bodies or new/better design and I will stick with what works.

I received a game of the New Year from Marcela Gorga.

Using the same piece of wardrobe for 5 different looks, and post one look a day... And now I challenge you guys! Hope you like it! Name as many friends as you'd like!

My part is knit of the upper bodies whom a friend made.

I imaged mix-and-match for work day which came up to a magazine for Japanese women well.

Info on Day 02:

I like her, a LOT. She has one of my favorite color combinations -- pale skin, red lips, blue eyes, black hair--so I was happy when her real face was revealed. I still find her pretty satisfying in hand.

Her face/makeup is flawless although same cannot be said about her hair styling. It was a good idea, but some things don't translate well to production dolls. I had to wash out the gunk off her hair before I took any photos, it was quite bad as is. But it was a good try, and I give kudos to IT for that.

Her outfit is fabulous, particularly that bow on the back. I was so happy with the way it was attached to her dress to, clean and effective and it kept the entire thing crisp and in shape.

The best part of her, to me, is her accessory set. Her necklaces, that clutch with the skull clasp, and those shoes! OMG, those shoes.

This is a doll worth the money, every bit of it. And I can't help feeling annoyed at what we got in the most recent release. I do understand that a company has to make profits, but when things go from this to what we have in Off Duty, it really stings.

For those attending the Integrity Toys Convention in Chicago, I'll be at the bazaar Friday night with handmade items from YokoDolls, the sweetest person and clothing designer for Poppy, Nu Face or FR girls; and from Squish.tish by my dearest dolly friend, Joana, whose classic and retro designs are just meant for Poppy Parker dolls.

You can also find Bogostick Jewelry finally available for purchase. Lots of necklace sets in fall colors with bracelets to complete a look.

Hope to see you there, but if not, here are the links to all etsy stores:

And a special mention to one last etsy store: Levitation Fashion, (www.etsy.com/shop/LevitationFashion?ref=ss_profile) by Nina, whose designs I can always depend on for a bohemian look to compliment my girls' hats, jewelry, etc.

My girls would have no clothes if it weren't for these three stores!
