Spotted this beautiful 389 fuelling up at the Husky in Dryden. He was hauing a set of brand new tanker down south on their first trip. Truck has a 550 ISX Cummins, 275" wb, and rides on Low Air Leaf with Super 40 rears
This backdrop is so frustrating. It's black & silver sparkles but my camera can't pick it up no matter what lighting I use :P
She's so sassy in her little romper. Her name is Groove. She loves to dance to "Single Ladies," thinks Chris Brown is a loser and likes to play the triangle.
The Wisconsin Integrity Synchronized Computer (WISC) was used to help train computer students while attending college.
Considering the colors orange & green representing different religious classes this may present a concept of integrity.
Many greetings for the festival of colors: Holi to all of you :)
Very sorry D: this is my most controversial pic yet. Agnes lining up sugar to snort D': lol. I still don't know if I'm going to sell her but she keeps inspiring all these shoots :o also Benzo suggested if I was going to keep her I should make her into a "coke whore" since her eyes are so off balance xD
You can get your dolls little credit cards like the one pictured here at www.etsy.com/shop/PoppysPetites
Eva Green's character Artemisia in the sequel to the movie 300 was my inspiration for the dress I made for FR16 and Tulabelle dolls. I made this outfit in two pieces that can be worn separately or layered together as shown in some of these pics. One piece is a simple sheer asymmetrical dress with two side slits, and the other is a black and gold bustier with attached black fringe skirt This outfit will be available on ebay very soon.
I just love her! Somehow she's both stern and soft all at the same time, I'm an absolute sucker for blondes and she's just perfect! She's a great companion for Riot too!
The only thing I'm not fussed on is her eyelashes. Are these removable? They're glued on, right? They seem really wirey and they're all misshaped, any ideas guys?
She took her time to get here though, she was originally supposed to be delivered last Thursday but I was at work, then I had her redelivered to the Post Office for Saturday, went down there and she wasn't there (Even though I was paying for the privilege!) so I rang Royal Mail and they confirmed she had been successfully redelivered, I kinda freaked out that she had been lost or stolen at that point. Luckily the boyf went there today and she was there, probably just the crappy post men.
The weather was particularly terrible, it was almost the end of a very long and tiring journey... so I of course took a detour.
Why head home and relax when you can visit a radio tower?! So, there's nothing inherently exciting about these structures (to me, at least) but I think the mist and cloud really make something of this shot.

I'm a self confess "Vintage Barbie" collector... specially the MOD years...I guess that's the reason why I love now the "Dynamite Girls" from Integrity Doll Company
for me they have the same charisma as the MOD dolls of Barbie..plus the fact that they are articulated...love to pose them

I got a replacement body for my rusty Poppy Parker so I thought I'd take apart the old body and see what's going on inside.
The two small metal screws that hold the ball mechanism that attaches the top of her torso to her body (and give it articulation) are completely rusted. There was powdered rust all over the inside of the upper torso. When the body got wet (during shipping? while at the factory?) this rust seeped and ran out of all the joints. This Poppy had it coming out of her armpits, under her bust, at her neck, and in her hips.
I wasn't able to do a cross section of the rest of her body because our bandsaw is broken but assuming the inside still looks like it does in this awesome photo:
I think there are two more smaller screws in the lower torso. The dolls definitely do still have the large metal nut inside of them though. With a high powered magnet, I was able to pick the doll up by the torso. Assuming IT hasn't changed materials, my dad says the nuts they use look galvanized which means it would take more exposure to moisture before it would rust. He also thinks that as long as the bodies are kept dry, the chances of more rust leaking out are slim. He did say they could possibly shed rust powder though. He's a mechanical engineer and works with materials like this often so I thought his advice would be helpful :)
I hope this helps those that have gotten rusty dolls from IT lately.
I just wanted to note that I am not posting this to be negative towards Integrity Toys. They have helped me out with replacements and I am very grateful. I'm just showing what I found inside my doll in case it's helpful to others :)
