Taken for Street Photography Now Community's Instruction #2:

I initially was looking for more obvious instances of people finding a moment of peace amidst the bustle of the city, but when I dug deeper into Pierre's words, I realized it was more about catching a revealing instant, a moment when someone's public-facing facade cracks just a bit and lets us see (or imagine) a fleeting emotional state.
My model of the famous coastal town Saint-Tropez located on the French Côte d'Azur. It shows the harbor with shops and cafés, part of the old town with town hall and church and the fortress. Instructions for the model are available, look on my website or Rebrickable!

The package includes full instructions, parts manifest, and digital .io file covering the ship + stand.
This model’s shaping was inspired by a terrific sketch from Jim Francis, before I started working geometry.

This is the nineteenth Instruction for the Year 2 of the Street Photography Now Project, written to inspire fresh ways of looking at and documenting the world we all live in.
Left to right, top to bottom. The last step is the variant. Let me know if anything doesn't make sense.
I received a lot of requests for instructions for this model, so I finally sat down and put some together.

I took the opportunity to make some improvements as well. As a result it is much more structurally sound than the original.
Also made some changes to the feet and head to use more commonly available parts. I prefer the original on both counts, but it will be easier to source parts for anyone that wants to build it.
