He wasn't too enthused about this project, but tough, he's one of my own personal Instant Fave's, being my oldest son. :-)
My mother-in-law found a colorpack camera at a thrift store in Maine. She wasn't sure if it would work, but sewed a bag for it and gave it to me for Christmas ... It's in beautiful condition, and works perfectly! All I did was clean off the lens and pop some fresh batteries in it. I love these vintage camera surprises. :-)

A fictional project by Archigram, Instant City imagined an airship that contained all the cultural resources of a metropolis . Moving from site to site, and not restricted by architecture, it redefined the city as a temporary event, much like a festival, rather than a location fixed in space.

...more than 200 objects and experiences to trace the key social and technological aspirations that have driven change in the home. Historical notions of the mechanised home and the compact home are displayed alongside contemporary phenomena such as connected devices and the sharing economy.

On Tues 11/13, Ms. Maria Riveras was at the #KingwoodLibrary for a SAGE program. She gave tips and techniques on how to cook with an #InstantPot. Later, she prepared turkey meat balls in a delicious tomato- based sauce using an Instant Pot. Everyone enjoyed a sample of the food.
There are some people who, the instant I meet them, I know I like them. Alison O'Grady is one of those people for me. I still don't even know her all that well, but she just instantly found a place in my heart as soon as I met her. Here's what I know so far: 1. She is a happy, friendly, funny girl. 2. She loves to sew. 3. She is a breast cancer warrior. 4. She has an amazing love story. 5. I know that I really like this lady, on an instant gut level.
