This is my weakness. If I didn't get hankerings to have these for brunch in the mornings (yes, I eat this for brunch), I would probably be thinner than I am!
Separate but relevant rant: I HATE IT WHEN PEOPLE ASSOCIATE RAMEN WITH "INSTANT NOODLES"! Granted, it does not help that they are packaged as such, but still! Ramen is a delicious Chinese-inspired Japanese noodle soup, not an instant noodle! It is a FORM of instant noodle/meal, but ramen is not exclusively an instant food product. Geez.

A platform for conversation, Instant Space is a series of curtains designed by Zurich-based architects Nele Dechmann and Ortreport to host discussions, workshops, and interrogations. The curtains embody a maxim of flexibility and fluidity.
The images printed on the curtains present a juxtaposition of liminal environments: “in-between” spaces where political and social rules are typically suspended. The five prints have an unexpected element adding to the environment, which opens up a field of narratives and interpretations.
Instant Space exists alongside five keywords formed by Swiss designers Atlas through recombining fragments of foundational terms that raise questions and spark discussions.
The installation is an artistic response to the swissnex Salon, serving as a setting for different forms of interaction and exchange within the swissnex Gallery. The space creates a variety of atmospheric environments, from generous and open to intimate and immersive.
Hole-on EX paperboard pinhole camera. The title "instant bond" unfortunately doesn't refer to my connection with this camera, but rather the crazy glue I chose to put it together with. I 'instantly bonded' my fingers together more than a few times while putting this monsterpiece together. Hoping to test this puppy out in the next few days.
