Since Instant Replay is having its last performance tonight at Tomorrowland Terrace I thought I would post an image of their lead vocalist.
"instant love" makes her exclusive pre-release debut in the red velvet kit club november kit. the red velvet girls are some of our favorite people in the whole world, so we were thrilled to collaborate with them! it's a totally rad kit, so watch out for it and be ready to order!
if for some reason you miss out on this amazing kit, you will have a second chance to get instant love when she is officially released in 2008, but that's a ways away so don't miss it!

I'm bummed but that's okay... I guess. It's def hot here now but I still like being around the pool during the day. It's been very peaceful. I also went through clothes to donate today. As I lose weight, less and less fit anymore.

Tirei fotos de vários ângulos e em todos eles o esmalte mostra os brilhinhos.
Usei duas camadas mais uma de top coat da Ideal, mas ele sozinho já brilha muito.... é lindoooo..
"Busch Instant Pressman"
This gorgeous camera is a Busch Pressman Model C. Originally designed to take photos on 2x3" sheet film, this camera could also be used with 6x9 roll film adapters to shoot 120 format film.
2x3" sheet film is awkard to use, and I didn't have a 120 film adapter, so I decided to go for something a little different, and adapted it to take Fuji Instax Mini!
The resulting camera allows you to take instant photos on a professional 1950's Press camera! The camera features a Wollensak 101mm f4.5 "Raptar" lens mounted in a Rapax shutter, with a max shutter speed of 1/400th of a second and a minimum of 1 second. Minimum aperture is 32 with a max of f4.5. The "B and T" modes on the shutter are dissabled, and instead the camera utilizes a "preview" button that holds the shutter open, meaning "B and T" settings are not needed. To make a long exposure at night, simply press the lever to open the shutter plades, and push it back again to close them. All shutter speeds, right down to 1 second are perfect.
One of my biggest builds yet, I have done the following to the camera:
- opened and cleaned rangefinder
- opened and cleaned rangefinder magnifier
- opened and cleaned viewfinder
- removed lens and shutter, flocked insides and reassembled
- removed the original film holding assembly
- fashioned a spacer using an original 2"x3" film holder, light proofed and painted the spacer
- modified a Lomography Diana F+ instant back to fit the spacer
- attached spacer and back to the camera
- re-calibrated infinity stop so the camera focuses correctly
- re-calibrated the rangefinder
- added cold shoe mount for clip on accessories
- gave the camera a thorough cleaning (whoever previously owned it had not used it in a LONG time, it was literally caked with brown dust)

Students in Kakuma refugee camp, Kenya using tablets from Instant Classroom, the Vodafone Foundation’s ‘digital school in a box’.
Two Instant Classroom units were delivered to Kakuma in July 2015 to connect Greenlight Secondary School and the community library to the internet giving students access to free digital educational resources. The Instant Classroom is shipped in a secure and robust 52kg case which is equipped with a laptop, 25 tablets pre-loaded with educational software, a projector, a speaker and a hotspot modem with 3G connectivity. The tablets can connect to the laptop locally, enabling teachers to deliver content and applications to students without the need to access the internet. All the components can be charged simultaneously from a single power source while the case is locked. After 6-8 hours of charging time, the Instant Classroom can be used for a full day in a classroom without access to electricity.
The portable nature of the equipment has allowed for Instant Classroom to be moved between schools, enabling more students to benefit from tablet based learning.

Kodak Instant cameras from the late 1970s . "The Handle" was made in the USA , the EK1 was made in England . They appear to be identical ; there is also an identical EK2 model made in USA .
I have enjoyed making bread with bought instant yeast for past 2 decades and for most of that time I have intermittently thought about having a go at sourdough bread but never quite followed through on it.
I am seriously impressed at the result of my first attempt at sourdough- so delicious - the crust especially! Bread is a foundation of civilisation and sourdough seems a very real and direct connection to the first raised breads. It is the bread that caught on!
Process
starter ==> sponge ==> bread dough ==> bread
Starter or "mother"
Mix 100g flour and 150ml water and leave at room temperature for 2 days.
Chuck half of the mix away away and add a couple of tablespoons of flour and enough water to make it runny again.
Repeat for another few days, discarding half and adding more water and flour - by 5 days it should get bubbly within a few hours of being replenished.
It took me 5 days to get it to go bubbly and then it got stronger and stronger. I started the starter 13 days before I made the bread in the picture but my task should be easier now. Apparently you can leave the starter in the fridge for a week or two and then revive it with flour and water. I havent tried this yet but it is the plan going forward. I hope to have the starter handy all the time and be able to make a loaf at a day's notice.
Sponge:
This is the "get ready" phase.
To make the sponge in a big bowl add:
~100g of starter (if in the fridge then get it to room temp first).
300g flour
300ml water.
pinch of salt
Leave to rise with a loose cover in a warm place for 4 hours.
It can be popped in the fridge after this if you want to make the loaf the next day or used directly at the end of the 4 hours. It will be bubbly and big. If it isnt dont proceed.
Bread dough:
Add a further 350g of flour to the sponge and a further tsp of salt and a splash of olive oil. Knead for 15 minutes or until very silky. Roll into a loaf, score top and put into container for baking. I used a Le Creuset roasting dish and oiled it well.
Let rise for 2 hours in a warm place.
Bake - 220C for 45 minutes (This was perfect for our Everhot oven but all ovens are different so adjust/check, a fan oven will probably be quite a bit faster)
