Flood relief work in Bihar was supported by ISLAMIC RELIEF WORLDWIDE, UK. Grassroots India installed handpumps for the flood victims evacuated from Hanuman Nagar and Thuthi villages and resided on the embankments of Sursar river in Araria district.

Grassroots India distributed the food, shelters, medicines, etc. for the flood victims evacuated from Achra, Babuaan and Bela panchayats in Araria district.
