Cobalt milkweed beetle is iridescent cobalt-blue exoskeleton. Both sexes range from 6–9 millimetres (0.24–0.35 in) in length, with clubbed antennae.

This was seen suspended by a strand of silk on July 6, 2018 at Peace Valley Park in Doylestown, PA. I desire some input for ID. Thanks. I believe it is an 8-spotted Forrester Moth Caterpillar. (Aka Tent Caterpillar).
Eacles imperialis.
Imperial moths (their many regional morphs, subspecies, and sibling species) range from Argentina to Canada and from the Rocky Mountains to the Atlantic Coast.
The wingspan of an adult is between 80 and 175 mm (3+1⁄8 and 6+7⁄8 inches). There is a high amount of variation within this species. The colors of the adult are always primarily yellow with red, brown, and purple blotches.

Euodynerus Megaera is a slender jet-black stinging wasp with two white bands across its abdomen and white markings on its thorax. Other identifying features of this wasp are its shiny black head, crooked antenna, and black wings.
These wasps are solitary and are known pollinators.
