Village Inn isn't a particularly exciting restaurant, sort of like Perkins. The fact that most of them aren't open twenty-four hours doesn't help.

When the company was facing near-collapse, apparently the Florida market helped save the company.

Brønderslev inn was abandoned and left to rot for decades... in the spring of 2010 it was demolished, and a new Fakta supermarket was build on the spot where it used to be located.

The abandoned inn at Milton, west of Dunbeath in Caithness. This inn was a stopping point for the stage coach line between inverness and Wick. It is east of the coast at Dunbeath in order to take advantage of the lesser grade across the rolling hills of the area. This structure is part of the Dunbeath Heritage Trail
