Eyes
“I am so small I can barely be seen.
How can this great love be inside me?
Look at your eyes. They are small,
But they see enormous things.”
Rumi
Through many years,
At great expense,
Journeying through many countries,
I went to see high mountains,
I went to see oceans,
Only I had not seen,
At my very doorstep,
The dew drop glistening
On the ear of the corn*
Rabindranath Tagore
I want to dedicate this dewdrop to Bettinaling...
she gave me the present of this wonderful poem of Rabindranath Tagore!
As once the winged energy of delight
carried you over childhood's dark abysses,
now beyond your own life build the great
arch of unimagined bridges.
Wonders happen if we can succeed
in passing through the harshest danger;
but only in a bright and purely granted
achievement can we realize the wonder.
To work with things in the indescribable
relationship is not too hard for us;
the pattern grows more intricate and subtle,
and being swept along is not enough.
Take your practiced powers and stretch them out
until they span the chasm between two contradictions
For the god wants to know himself in you.*

Thank you very much to all of you my dear Flickr friends for your so kind comments!

I'd an apparition near my Wild River... an interview by an angel...!!! :)))

My Wild River Reflection!
I am always fascinated to see the Light to penetrate under the surface of my Wild River and on the other hand to shine on the same surface! Do you see these two dimensions of the same Light? It’s the same Light… right? As it’s the same Light …inside and outside of our being! Under… we’re all there… we’re all a part of you…! Outside… you are flotting on all of us…!!! :))) But the most important I’ve to say to you today is if you are totally receptive to your heart… you can have access to all the collective thoughts … to all the collective wishes ….cause we’re all the same Light! That explains why someones can see the future and can prevent all forms of conflicts!
Have a wild day of reflexion on this reflection my dear friends… my dear Me!!! Cause you’ve here the unique voice for peace and love in our world! :)))

Lo, how a rose e'er blooming,
From tender stem hath sprung.
Of Jesse's lineage coming,
As men of old have sung;
It came, a flow'ret bright,
Amid the cold of winter,
When halfspent was the night.
Isaiah 'twas foretold it,
The Rose I have in mind,
With Mary we behold it,
The virgin mother kind;
To show God's love aright,
She bore to us a Savior,
When halfspent was the night
O Flower, whose fragrance tender
With sweetness fills the air,
Dispel with glorious splendour
The darkness everywhere;
True man, yet very God,
From Sin and death now save us,
And share our every load.*

"Es ist ein Ros' entsprungen..."
On top of the vinyard the fog started to diminish,
revealing the trees and the path...
The woods around are full of strange grown trees
some say it is because in former days people
would cut the growing branches others say
it is because they are growing over old
volcanos... still full of energy which causes them
to look like they had cancer...
I am planning a photoseries about them...
a fairy tale light and sky happening on the other side of the mountain... home cinema live from our garden!

Last night we had lots of rain. This morning on my everyday walk into the vinyards
all the flowers and grasses were sparkling all over, it was fantastic. Though a little
difficult to photograph, just too much of light ;)) Only the photographs I took in the shade
of some other plants turned out ok.
Just a little note: I am so incredibly busy with the office and the family in these days...
so I won't be able to be visiting and commenting as I would like to. I will try to catch up
the next days or whenever I have some moments inbetween.
Out of the Rolling Ocean ...
Out of the rolling ocean the crowd came a drop gently to me,
Whispering I love you, before long I die,
I have travel'd a long way merely to look on you to touch you,
For I could not die till I once look'd on you,
For I fear'd I might afterward lose you.
Now we have met, we have look'd, we are safe,
Return in peace to the ocean my love,
I too am part of that ocean my love, we are not so much separated,
Behold the great rondure, the cohesion of all, how perfect!
But as for me, for you, the irresistible sea is to separate us,
As for an hour carrying us diverse, yet cannot carry us diverse forever;
Be not impatient--a little space--know you I salute the air, the
ocean and the land,
Every day at sundown for your dear sake my love.*

(thank you Bettina for this wonderful quote... I love it!)
Half warrior, half breath.
My spirit still stands, even when my body can’t.
And from that light below —
where nothing should shine —
rises my breath, entire and undefeated.
I still wear, now and then, the pants from my old Aikido uniform.
I was never a great Aikidoka, and truth be told, I never liked to fight.
Aikido, for me, was a beautiful game: a dance of balance, of listening, of energy flowing.
Then I had a serious accident, and now I can only do soft, gentle movements.
But something remains untouched.
Not the technique, not the belt, not the falls.
What remains is the spirit.
That can't be trained — and can't be taken away.
Photograph mirrored and stiched together...

Passing an open door in the old narrow lane I caught this very dark passage and the reflection of the light in the ceiling. The neighbourhood is full of life and colour with laundry on the dry, old ladies washing vegetables and chatting, small markets taking up more than half of the very narrow lane and the comings and goings of the day where people share their lives and there cannot be any secrets.
An old lady living here came through with a little white dog and wondered what I saw in this shabby place. I told her - life and beauty.
Since I can't go out to take photos for safety reasons, I took photos at home. He had not taken photos since October 6, the day before the brutal massacre in Israel by Hamas terrorists. This glass boot represents me. This is how i feel. Despite all the emotional darkness we are experiencing, I try to stay hopeful and whole.
