When you enter the courtyard, stress and anxiety disappear for one moment in time with the soothing monastery energy that falls like a blanket of peace over everyone and where negative thoughts disappear like cold snow in the burning sun.The buildings around the courtyard date from the seventeenth century. Through the gate you look straight at the old home of the provost. The ‘Besloten Hof’ was founded as a cloister in 1410 and inhabited by Norbertine nuns. In 1797 they were expelled by the French republicans. In 1836 the Franciscan sisters moved into the monastery. I took this photo in spring 2021.

Meditating in the Buddhist temple at Amhas Wilds

The valley

of emptiness and madness that befriends you,

of mist that aches for your touch,

of sadness that holds you together,

of kisses that make you tremble,

of breeze that carries memories of first rainfall,

of colourful dreams.

If it could breathe, it would have a heart as beautiful as yours.

The Valley that stole rainboy's heart away.

…If you have time, come set with me in the meadow for a while. Relax and just enjoy the peace you will find here, as a warm gentle spring breeze kisses your face, while you inhale the fresh scent, of meadow green…

During our travels last year, I was able to briefly return to a place of some of my great childhood memories - Beskid Slaski Mountains in southern Poland. The mountains are not very high, almost rolling hills type of a landscape, but they are very picturesque and located in the range is the source of Poland's longest river Vistula. This is Biala Wiselka (White Vistula), one of the two streams that join together to form the main river.

“Love yourself—accept yourself—forgive yourself—and be good to yourself,

because without you the rest of us are without a source of many wonderful things.”

“Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear,

an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring,

all of which have the potential to turn a life around.”

When you look beyond yourself, you may find that peace of mind awaits there (George Harrison)

Clouds never make mistakes. Have you ever seen a cloud with an incorrect shape?....

Inner peace is the new success - Karen Salmansohn

Cet instant suspendu, quelque part entre le silence et la reprise d’air.

Refuge intérieur, loin du bruit du monde, juste le temps de se laisser retomber, de retrouver un peu de calme, avant de revenir.

This suspended moment, somewhere between silence and the next breath.

An inner refuge, away from the noise of the world, just long enough to fall back into quiet and gather calm before returning.

In the spring, the Blue Egyptian Lotus blooms,

Its petals unfurling in the warm sunlight,

A sight that fills the heart with joyful tunes,

As nature's beauty comes into our sight.

The Lotus, a symbol of purity and grace,

A flower that holds great meaning and power,

Its blue hue, a sight that we can't replace,

As it dances in the gentle breeze hour by hour.

Oh, how it sways with the rhythm of the wind,

As if dancing to a melody unheard,

Its beauty so mesmerizing, it's hard to rescind,

As we watch its petals, one by one, unfurled.

The Blue Egyptian Lotus in spring is a sight,

That fills our souls with joy and delight,

As we marvel at its beauty and might,

And cherish this moment, so pure and bright.

Because I have decided to leave my art photography school that was suffocating me. Because I couldn´t stand to change my work, that is so so valuable to me. Because I need to do what is important to ME, or I wouldn´t do it at all.

I have to create imaginative images, because I need to find little spaces in this world where ordinary things become magical, where evil becomes beautiful. Because reality is harsh, and the world loves people with thick skin, who runs and runs and never rests. We all need something to rely on, something to fight for, something to love.

An ode to imagination. To life. To everything that is beautiful, just as it is, and doesn´t need change. Like you, and me. Like everyone. We all deserve love and inner peace. We don´t need more things or more status. We need to be able to give love to ourselves, and to stop trying to be what we believe others want us to be, afraid of being judged.

I am enough.

YOU are enough. You were enough when you first came into this world <3

We are all enough and there is so much beauty in this world. There is magic around the corner if you dare to open your eyes and look for it.

"Peace comes from within. Do not seek it without" - Buddha

Look past your outwardly web of worries and turn your gaze inwards.

"Don't let the behavior of others destroy your inner peace."

An excellent source of gratitude and inner peace is to spend a moment, every day, thinking of someone to love. Remember the old saying, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away?” The love equivalent might read, “Thinking of someone to love each day keeps your resentment away!”

If you give this little exercise a try, I think you’ll find that your day is a little more peaceful.

~Richard Carlson, author of the book “Don’t Sweat The Small Stuff…and it’s all small stuff”

I’ve been doing this exercise and I feel even better and happier. I appreciate more the small things in life and grateful for even the little blessings that come my way every day. So, I’m sending you my love, hope you have enough peace and love to share. Enjoy a sunrise or sunset without any resentment in your heart. Love ya, dear friends! ;)

Daniel and I visited Max at his home a few weeks ago, we wandered through forests and drove by fields, and I realized that I really needed to work on my inner peace, especially when being out and about.

There are moments in life when an old self has to die. Not in the physical sense, but in the way an organism sheds a skin, discards what no longer serves, and allows something truer to emerge. It is a violent but necessary process — a collapse of what was bound by the chains of the world’s toxicity, the slow cancers of doubt, fear, and compromise.

In real time, it feels like disintegration. The structures you built around yourself crack, the illusions of safety peel away, and the scaffolding of who you thought you were crumbles into dust. But within that destruction is a release. The organism, stripped bare, is free to draw breath without the weight of corrosion.

And then comes the rebirth. Slowly, tenderly, a new form takes shape — one not dictated by the poison of the past but by the clarity of liberation. It is catharsis embodied: raw, unfiltered, and alive. What rises from the ashes is not a version of what was lost, but something entirely other — a creature that carries the scars of collapse as sacred markings of survival, and a heart that beats untethered to the world’s chains.

To witness this process — to live it — is to know that death is not always an end. Sometimes, it is the truest beginning.
