Taken at the abandoned military supply facility in Virginia. For photography purists , textures and HDR are no-no's. I for one don't use textures that often because I think the viewer is more often than not distracted by it (when overdone) but HDR is (for me, I think) a great way to enhance all the rusty, crusty goodness that we urbexer's enjoy. I will admit though, that HDR is an on going struggle for me to do correctly. Anyway, as you can see here, I did used an antique texture for this photo, and in fact, I never would have posted it without it. I simply just did not like the way it looked before and the texture in this instance, (I think) gave it a little added something. So in retrospect, textures do have their place in photography, just like HDR does.

The Triumph TR6 outsold all previous Triumph TR cars, Of the 94,619 TR6s produced, 86,249 were exported; only 8,370 were sold in the UK.
The bodywork closely resembled that of the previous model, the Triumph TR5, but the front and back ends were squared off, reportedly based on a consultancy contract involving Karmann.and their Kamm tail, and the deletion of the bonnet bulge, a one piece hard top replaced the Surrey top in 1974
All TR6 sports cars featured inline six-cylinder engines. For the US market the engine was carburetted, as had been the US-only TR250 engine, with an output of 104bhp. Like the TR5, the TR6 was fuel-injected for other world markets including the United Kingdom, hence the TR6PI (petrol-injection) designation. The Lucas mechanical fuel injection system helped the home-market TR6 produce 150 bhp

Now that I make it sound all fancy like the CIA director do you believe me? Sucks to be seeing this shit so bad after a little break from it lately. For all the people who say they are just persisting contrails, why don't I see the planes on the days we have normal clouds? I see only the marked airliners doing their thing, usually leaving no contrail at all or a very short one that dissipates. Days like this I see unmarked planes that just happen to quit leaving a trail just as they pass the edge of the setting sun. Take a look for yourself, you can even see them turn around sometimes. I never used to believe in this stuff myself, but if you take some time to observe the skies you will see that something is not right up there!
