Deployed Soldiers assigned to Role II participated in a mass casualty (MASCAL) exercise Sep. 18, at Al Asad Airbase (AAAB), Iraq. By exercising a MASCAL, medical personnel had an opportunity to practice immediate medical care capabilities at AAAB.
