The basic ingredients are:
750 gram bloem
35 - 40 gram verse gist. (Neem voor gedroogde gist een derde van het gewicht: 12-13 gram of 2 zakjes)

Pistachio pesto ingredients. Bowl with baby spinach and chopped green parts of scallion, striped bowl with chives, glass with cilantro leaves, garlic, bowl with basil, black bowl with toasted pistachios and bowl with finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano. Wooden board. Green surface with light effect.

A big dinner, didn't really need the rice and peas but didn't think the rest would be enough when I was preparing it. The pie was only 19p, reduced because it was a bit battered, otherwise it would never have been affordable.
