this is the inner layout i'm working with, at least part of it. there are multiple sections and these are more or less pages 2 and 3 of a 4-page section about food. more soon.
i'm wondering if i should add some information on the brown page or leave it alone,
and also if the orientation switch is weird or encourages interaction?
i think other sections will have fold-out pages where the pie chart is on this example.
does the chart need a key? a title?

Using the previously developed model of the industrial park, we have created a series of posters on the sewing workshops.
