Been meaning to learn how to do lighting for a while. So today I got a shoot-through brolly box and a bracket to use it on a tripod.
This shot's from the first session of mucking about with it. The lighting is from an SB-600 flash at 1/128 power through the brolly box to the subject's upper left. There was also a lamp to the rear right, and a bit of ambient from the ceiling lights. This photo is straight out of the camera - no level adjustments or sharpening here.
