just to bide the time. i need to set up a shoot.
i'd actually like to take some selfies soon. i have been trying to find the time, and i will have the time to do so tomorrow.
i'm looking forward to it, and i hope you are too!
this is just to fill in the gap until i post them.
fun fact: if you want to find my pulse, you should place your fingers in the middle of the infinity.
and i love a simple black and white now and then.
tomorrow is the day!
Small plants for sale in the Farmer's Market, downtown Dallas, TX. TX. Shot on 35mm Kodak TMAX 100 black and white film with a 1938 Argus C camera. This shot is a good example of the focus error on the Argus C. The range-finder was used to set the focus on the nearest plants (approximately 3.5 feet from the camera) but area in focus is actually at the far end of the image, about 8 feet away. Focus was consistently wrong, even when set on infinity.
i didn't place the hairband like that, i just took it out to do something and then when i looked over to the book it was in the shape of infinity.
which i thought was kinda ironic because this is an old shakespeare book.
and shakespeare's words will probably live on for infinity.
nfinity Fidget Bracelet by Emily L. J. Boyd (Stirling Silver and 9ct Gold)
I made something else over Christmas, for my dad to give gran. The fidget bracelets were actually kind of inspired by gran, and her ability to wear more bracelets than anyone I know and indeed her inability to sit still, so the bracelets I call fidget all have kinetic elements which run around the band.
I've been wanting to do one as an infinity bracelet for a while so this was my excuse.
The distinctive curve of the footbridge arches create a unique reflection in the River Tees forming the mathematical symbol for infinity and lending itself to the name.
Opened 14th May 2009
Linking Stockton on Tees's North Shore to Thornaby on the South shore, the bridge was designed and built in partnership with Stockton Borough Council with Expedition Engineering, Spence Associates and WYG, fabrication by Cleveland Bridge and site construction by Balfor Beatty.
I didn't mean for it to be an infinity sign until the camera went off. So then I panicked and this happened.
Local pond. Taken low down to the water. Early morning. Fiddlers Ferry power station can just be seen, through the mist, in the background. The area is a reclaimed coalmine.
