The Infinity Bridge is a public pedestrian and cycle footbridge across the River Tees in the borough of Stockton-on-Tees in the north-east of England. The bridge is situated one kilometre downriver of Stockton town centre, between the Princess of Wales Bridge and the Tees Barrage and it links the Teesdale Business Park and the University of Durham's Queen's Campus in Thornaby-on-Tees on the south bank of the Tees with the Tees Valley Regeneration's £320 million North Shore development on the north bank.

It really seems they're going out of their way to make Thanos a great villain, which is awesome. Thanos HAS to be the best MCU villain, they've been teasing him so much!
This is both an homage to the Lady of the Lake from Arthurian legend and a tribute to the story that got me into comics... "The Infinity Gauntlet."
I was really happy with the paint job done by Melody Pekarek and I had my friend Ruby Rose Kelley take the picture.
Edit: This is now my first pic to get over 1000 views. Probably doesn't seem like a big deal but it is to me.

Just wanted to share this absolute beauty of a 4K blu-ray that I purchased from Target this morning! I'm usually more of a Steelbook kind of guy, but in this case, I couldn't pass up this beautiful art! It also came with a neat 40 page art book that's fun to look through! I can't wait to dive into all the special features of this amazing film?
Let me know if you guys picked up Infinity War on blu-ray today as well!
Water source as river or sea is a symbol of infinite part of the world. A girl was thinking to lose herself in that infinity.
Spent some chilly but pleasant evenings in the Teesside area with my 12 year old son taking pictures for the Rotary Club Photographic competition. This year's theme was 'Lighting Up The Community' and his take on it was places where the lights improve the community hence - Redcar, Saltburn and the Infinity Bridge in Stockton. It was great to be out together and hopefully something we'll do again soon. Having a theme really helped to focus on a subject. I taught him a bit about long exposures too and he got to use the tripod. Our images are broadly similar in terms of settings and composition I guess but to be honest I had as much fun as he did!
Lit by Speirs + Major, the distinctive footbridge over the River Tees has become a symbol of transformation for North East England.
The brief called for an iconic structure as part of the Stockton-on-Tees regeneration of the North Shore site. The resulting footbridge links the north and south shores and provides better access to business and jobs in the area.
Designed by Expedition Engineering, the slender bowstring bridge cuts a distinctive silhouette across the river. A 230m-long concrete walkway is supported by a pair of asymmetric steel arches that appear to skip across the river almost like a pebble skimming water.
Speirs + Major designed the lighting in such a way that the iconic twin arches reflect in the water at night to form the mathematical symbol for infinity (∞).

The Infinity Doctor is a Dr Who book. Discovered that when I Googled Infinity and Doctor to title this photo. I reckoned there had to be a photo in this but maybe it’s more the story in my mind than the actual photo (and maybe that’s what photography is about): the corridor that links old with new - the old Victorian wing of the hospital to the new buildings, aging and rebirth, the near infinity perspective, the blues and yellows of the colour wheel combining, or the doctor far in the distance who’s busy working oblivious to the phone shot being taken. No matter what story I can create from this one photo, I don’t want to be back near that corridor for a very long time - you don’t visit hospitals for architecture or photo opportunities let’s face it. I still can’t get the perspective exactly right and it’s driving me nuts lol.
The infinity of Pixco FD-NEX / M by my modification.
Pixco FD-NEX / M is a mount adapter with helicoid (Canon FD Lens - Sony Nex Compatible).
I bought this mount adapter on Amazon in December 2022 for ¥3,899. I noticed yesterday that the infinity das not come. So, I removed the mount ring on the lens side and milled about 0.3mm with a milling machine. Now, the infinity has come.
Anyway, Pixco is sloppy. If that's true, Pixco should set the infinity a little over at them factry.
I shot a video with EOS 5Dmk2, using EF35-70mm1:3.5-4.5. and edited this with a Windows video editor.
Calvin : If people sat outside and looked at the stars each night, I’ll bet they’d live a lot differently …
Hobbes: How so ?
Calvin : Well, when u look into the infinity of the night, you realize there are far more important things than what people do all day.
I wasn't happy with the corners of this lens so I had the infinity focus adjusted to focus one centimetre past infinity. Stopped down, the corners are dramatically improved at the cost of a slight reduction of sharpness in the centre. Essentially, the field curvature of the lens prevents the centre and the corner to be sharp at the same time. By finding a compromise between the corners and the centre, the overall image sharpness is improved.

With so little time to be inside (~20 seconds), I tried a few times to shoot people going in to and out of the exhibits.

Infinity Bridge ( so called as when the twin arches are reflected from the still waters of the river they form the mathematical symbol for Infinity) across the river Tees at Stockton on Tees. Taken from the deck of the Teeside Princess river boat.
