One of BRC's last remaining GP38-2's 581 works Charter Steel off of the Belt's Kenton Sub near Cicero. This job usually rates a MP15DC for power, so to catch a non-end cab switcher type down here was quite the catch.

Another minimalistic industry picture. First i worked a bit on the composition and then i waited for a bird to fly through the tiny piece of sky. There were some birds checking me out so that didn't take to long. In post process i added some grain.

This is a public park in the German city of Duisburg. The center of the park is formed by the ruin of a blast-furnace complex shut down in 1985.
