A woman visiting from Syracuse, NY, sitting on a bench with her baby in a stroller. A chain link fence is blocking her from the World War II Memorial (there is an opening nearby). Dare I say it, I think the Park Service is going overboard with the fencing off of the National Mall. This is just sad and embarrassing. Washington, DC.
